Please ensure everyone knows about BitMine.ch:

>> I really don't care what people say, after 1 week at bitmine I was already used to hear anything about this company. Most of the point of the new
>> venture is also to be able to refund everyone, which, maybe you haven't got it already, is currently impossible for us. Let's say we spend everything
>> in refund and close the next day, we would be able to refund maybe half of the customers. Not very fair to the other isn't it? So I am sorry to tell you
>> that you will have to wait if you aren't interested in the options given. And don't worry about us, I sleep well as always and I guess the same goes for
>> everybody else. First week at bitmine may be a bit harsh, but after that one you already saw and heard everything.
>> Best regards,
>> Bitmine AG, Bitmine.ch

This is after they have refused to refund according to their own protection plan.

And I will back up both of them. NO ONE SHOULD SEND MONEY OR BTC TO BITMINE.  They have lied about delivery of hardware. The spec of the hardware they have delivered isn't as promised. The "safe" customer protection plan for refunding delayed orders is not working as they are not refunding anyone at the moment.

The problem is that they are not responding at all to emails, PMS or in their official thread. People who phone are told what they want to hear and then nothing happens.

yes of course I can get there .... Is where Massarotto lives?

Yes.  You might get more luck knocking on his door. I wonder if his neighbours are aware of the fact he's scamming people left right and centre.

Him and his wife have just had a new baby, which might account for some delays, but with the general lack of communication it's impossible to know!

I will let you know ... because I live in Ticino, a few kilometers away from the centre of Bitmine.

Good... do you know Via Giulio Pocobelli in Melide?

I'm a BTC refund. They have 1921 BTC in this address: https://blockchain.info/address/1Cz1pTK8GxsJqdHQrFLWh77WwYsyqyDX3k  Nothing to do with bank wires

Interestingly these freezing orders are against the assets of an individual (in this case Giorgio Massarotto), so would include Bitmine, Exion Networks and even his apartment in Melide. They are frozen to stop them running off with the assets.

Interesting reading here: http://www.freezing-orders.ch/

These look like the Swiss equivalent to winding up orders here in the UK. Costs look like around $250 if you are getting a refund for a 1TH/s desktop.

Same situation here.. My refund form was 'accepted' 1 of april and after 35 days i dont got any money back. The order appear in status cancelled but they dont refund anything. If this week still the same i will find some lawyer, if more people is in the same situation we can find one better lawyer between all to demand a case for all. I want to know if someone got the refund back already or not.

Sorry for my primitive english.

It's better than my < your language> !! :-)

Based on swissmining's initial work, a lawyer has been identified and seems to cost around $1,000.  Well worth it to get my money back.

It wouldn't be so bad if giorgiomassa didn't just ignore every PM and actually told us what was happening.  Also the support team all seem to have lost the ability to reply.

It's farcical. It would funny if it wasn't such blatant fraud / ineptitude.

Some of the early orders are now being delivered (E, Horrorhorst to name a couple).  What's the best way to keep the first page list updated? I appreciate not everyone will say exactly when they get them.

There are "February 2 week" in my order details, but I don't know the real queue. Stevebrowne do you know your real queue ? What is your order number ?

Mine says January Week 5 Batch #2, but I've never been given an actual queue number. My order number is 30**

Alexandrus - I think you are probably "january batch 2" - I am, and paid before you and have a lower order number than you

Are any 3rd party board developers likely to be producing populated cards to go into the Coincraft Desk or Coincraft Rigs?  There will be a number of people getting an extra chassis with their 10% customer protection bonuses, and likely to have empty slots. Bitmine aren't currently advertising cards to plug into existing chassis, so maybe a good market for someone to target?

Queue Position  Week  Expected delivery  Order Number  Payment Date    Payment Type                  Product      Hashrate   Destination

 still unknown      Feb w1    Feb w1                #30xx           24th Nov.      full + WorldWideShipping      CoincraftDesk   1   TH/s       UK

Observations

Queue position is still unknown, my status order is : Processing
When I ordered the miner on the website it was displayed: Shipping January Week 5 - changed to Week 6/2014 when I chased them for confirmation
Have email confirming that my delivery slot is still week 6/2014 from them on December 10th (after chasing)
