To my mind, crypto is a fast (not always, but still) and cheap way to transfer your money abroad. Fiat becomes really expensive to transfer, if you want to send to another country: usually you pay % from your amounts when using fiat, but in case of BTC you pay a fixed fee in most wallets and p2p exchanges.

I realize this, the question was if they're gonna launch the cryptocurrency (whatever they name it) "inside" WeChat, maybe even beside all transactions in such a way, that a user would never know that his payment was made via blockchain.

As far as I know the chinese government prohibits WeChat to use cryptocurrencies in their transactions. Probably because the whole chinese economy is highly dependent on money supply control, and cryptocurrencies complicate the process. Maybe that is why NEM (XEM) failed the integration with WeChat. Anyway, is it possible that WeChat starts using its own cryptocurrency, backed by central bank, what do you think?

You probably miss the actual meaning of "laundering". An opportunuty to transfer money abroad is not laundering. Laundering is more about convincing your tax officer that you aren't a tax cheater, and BTC won't help you to explain cash inflows.

Guys, i'm the third year bachelor with major in economics, studying corporate finance and risks at most. So, what do you think is the best country to apply such knowledge? I mean, I wanna know places with the highest demand for such employees (juniors and specialists). For now i'm thinking of Australia, Canada and a couple of Asian countries (but better English speaking ofc). I'll apreciate any ideas:)

В один актив все деньги сливать не стоит (даже если есть вариант "100% иксы через пару дней"). В моем понимании так: небольшая часть в облигации или что-то еще безрисковое (ровно столько, чтобы не загнуться от голода, если все остальные вложения испарятся), ~50% в фиат (не рубль, причем побольше доллара и поменьше евро), ~30% на что-то рисковое. Крипта как вариант, я держу (по убыванию риска): эфир, трон, Stellar, DMT.

С долларом все же нехорошо сравнивать. В фиате все наоборот, если бакс дорожает, то обменные курсы остальных валют по отношению к нему падают. В крипте такой связи нет, потому что фундаментальной стоимости нет.

Следить за ценой разумеется надо, в идеале еще сигналы ставить на take profit. Надо прикинуть, сколько ты хотел бы поднять на монете для того, чтобы не жалко было выйти из нее. Выросла - продавай, не держи. Я не говорю, что надо прям скальпингом заниматься, но если в каждой сделке довольствоваться малым, то в сумме по всем сделкам за период хороший профит можно сделать.

I recognise Bitcoin as a step to decentralisation in general. BTC as a phenomenon means that demand for an unregulated and anonymous (well, bitcoin is not totally anonymous, still) currency is huge and sooner or later we'll see that countries' borders mean nothing.

Для торговли, конечно, не надо (разве только если хочется попробовать алготрейдинг, но вряд ли такие мысли всерьез возникнут у "новичка"). Но навыки программирования вообще полезная штука, если и не разработка, то анализ данных (питон, R итд).
