Thanks for helping to check! I have also tried >10 different connections from different location in Singapore- all blocked.

I guess it could be compliance with policy to block access of freebitco.in from Singapore.

We are not blocking any IP addresses. I've had a few people report getting blocked by Cloudflare and the message they receive tells them that they are blocked due to a security issue and suggests it could be caused by a key word or phrase, SQL command or malformed data. I'm pretty sure that makes it obvious we are not blocking based on location.

The number of these reports is extremely small compared to the number of active users we have and I have also seen exactly the same Cloudflare issue reported on completely unrelated sites (nothing to do with Bitcoin).

We haven't been able to reproduce the issue but my best guess is that it's caused by something installed on the device that is triggering the security systems at Cloudflare.

This is what I have found with IPs from Singapore, via VPN 30aug23

You are unable to access freebitco.in

Why have I been blocked?

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks. The action you just performed triggered the security solution. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data.

What can I do to resolve this?

Thanks everyone for helping me to look into this. Meanwhile, I will just wait for freebitco.in to investigate and hopefully they will unblock the whole Singapore IP addresses.

Cheers!

Hi there, I have difficulty logging into my account for the past few days.

It seems that freebico.in has been blocked in Singapore. I couldn't even visit the login page. I have tried on a few of public internet and the result is the same- blocked.

Is there any reason for blocking user access in Singapore?

Have you tried to bypass that by testing if it will login via a VPN? I know Freebitco.in has implemented KYC verification lately, so they might have implemented region restrictions too?

Do you gamble at other casinos too? .....and are they restricted too...? It might be a cloudflare restriction and not a restriction from the site it self.  Huh Huh Huh

The new requirements around KYC is only for new accounts and will not affect old accounts. With the new rules, I shouldn’t also been able to play on the site but I can still fully use it and recently received a withdrawal from them. This issue must be related to Cloudfare.

I have enabled a VPN with a Singapore IP address and tried to access the site, but I also had no luck. So, I don't think it's a problem with Cloudflare. It looks like the freebitcoin team has started purposely blocking access to the site only for IP addresses from that region. I don't remember if Singapore was mentioned as a banned jurisdiction in the updated ToS or not, but I can't check it now as I can't find a link to the ToS where it used to be on the main page.
Well, I think it's wrong to really come to a conclusion about this without the freebitco team first confirming this, though I've not really read or gone through previous comments to really be sure where this discussion originated from, but all I can say is that, if there be anyone from Singapore who is having a hard time accessing the site , the user can maybe try contacting the customer care to possibly find out or have the first hand information on what is really happening, if the freebitco team have blocked users from Singapore access to the site , Its proper and business wise for them to make an official announcement about it , than just keep quiet .

I think freebitco is accessible all around the world unless it has been block by your ISP.

Do you get any error when trying to visit the website? Maybe, it's cloudfare that is not allowing you to visit the website due to protecting it from DDoS attacks.
If the page isn't loaded at all, it's probably your ISP that has blocked freebitco.

No, it is blocked by Cloudflare, not my ISP...

I will also go for Bet365. It is considered the best sportbook. I love the live chat.

However, the access to the website is restricted in some countries and I was unable to use it when traveling.

For such high transaction you should pay at least 0.004btc for 1 btc and then you should get your transaction should get confirmed soon. and now a days sending small transaction is a headache for us.

0.004BTC is equal to more than $4!! I guess this is overkill... A 100-200 bits transaction fee should do during normal days... Stress tests come once awhile but not often.

Either bitcoin will be worth a fortune in 10 years or it will be worth nothing. Either way, low risk/extremely high reward.

Bitcoin ATM's are only increasing worldwide..... that might be the easiest method for attracting new "clients"

Just a matter of time Wink

At this point of time, most people predict the price of bitcoin to be.... $1024! That's why they are only willing to buy at this price at the moment.

As for Bitcoin ATMs, they are just for advertisement and awareness. They are not useful, let what others have mentioned, due to the high price. This is why many Bitcoin ATM disappear soon after installation.

Hi, I deposited 1mBTC to your website, gooddice two days ago. When I tried to withdraw with a balance of 1.11mBTC, 0.1mBTC was deducted by for transaction fee. However, the actual transaction fee you used was only 0.01mBTC. Besides, the process was not automatic and instant.

After two days, the transaction was rejected and I never received the withdrawal. From my account withdrawal log, the withdrawal was to address "1FbsiGhWrcMAyKfdjqhHwUxaQCp66pVNGt" but the transaction cannot be found on blockchain.info any more. Please check and resend. By the way, my ID is 2383.
