Re: All the bounty tokens can be sold?

I think 70% of all bounties are either scammers or don't care about listings on exchanges
They are paying people for their task. I am not sure what's wrong about that.

Re: Major benefit of Ethereum?
by

Ethereum is getting popular day by day. People participating in ICOs they use ETH a lot. Ethereum is a smart contract.

But what does Ethereum do better that any other alt?

I think ethereum will affect the bitcoin market in the future, because most of all ICO is currently able to receive ether and also use the ethereum network for blockchain technology so that ethereum will continue to grow every day because they already have many users.
Blockchain is being studied, there should be more coins being built because of it.

Re: How safe is exchange?
by

Hi,

Every exchange adding a new btc, eth, token address on the exchange website.
I think they need some private key to set the transaction on this websites.

So is this private key stored in a normal database?
And is this safe?

never save tokens in exchange, because exchange is easy to hack and different from wallet. because the wallet has a smaller risk of being hacked because of stronger security in the wallet.

I like to put a small amount of tokens on an exchange so I can trade it faster.

Re: Predictiing Cryptocurrency price.. Is it possible?
by
thecoldnhotx
on 08/08/2018, 20:37:57 UTC
yes, it can be predicted.

to tips

1º After every pump, there will be a dump. Traders usually sell their coins short-term after getting from 5 to 10% profit

2º If the price of a coin, or directly the price of BTC stays without increasing for 24 hours, there will be a bear moment, because those people consider that if there is no pump, it's because there will no demand of coins.

Let me guess. If prices don't go up tomorrow, on Friday we will have another travel to hell with ETH very close to 300$ or even lower.
It's not possible unless you have a bunch of coins already.

Hodl, yes.

However, more important, be sure to keep your wallet on a external usb / hd so you don't lose access to your coin in the event of hardware failure or whatever the faq Wink Trust me, i wish someone would have told me this early on - it ended up costing me almost $10k in my first year of crypto investing alone lol.

Best of luck, mate!
Just leave the coins on your wallet.

Re: Coin Burn?
by
thecoldnhotx

Burning a coin is the transfer of all non-distributive and non-purchased coins to a certain zero purse. This reduces the share of available coins.
This has a positive effect on the coin,
I like coins that remove coins from transactions. The price goes up.

Re: It could take 2 years for the market to recover
by
thecoldnhotx
on 08/08/2018, 20:02:28 UTC
Recovery can take as long as you want, no one knows! Big players can start pumping the market anytime, and most likely it will happen when you do not expect it! If everyone knows when the recovery begins, then the market will not recover)
If there is a large pump then that would be super. I am not wanting to invest while the price is on the decline.

Re: Invest in Ethereum

Hello.

do you think it's a good time to invest in Ethereum?
I think the price for ETH will start growing tomorrow and will be $ 400.  Therefore, it is better now to buy coins while the price is only $ 360.
It might not happen. Most people here want the price of Ethereum to go up but we know it may not happen.

Eth has been stopped for the last time and I think you jasut have to wait because it could not continue for so long. Have a patience because Eth is not dead.
The network of Ethereum should be filled with a lot of transactions.

I also haven't heard of how Bitforex work so after reading your post I went to do some research based on the reviews available on the internet and looks like they have a lot of complaints against them for not being user friendly and showing outdated information.
I've went on it before, they are legit as far as I know.

Re: 80% of ICOs are Scams
by
thecoldnhotx
on 08/08/2018, 18:45:43 UTC
Saw this study on twitter... https://twitter.com/Zeex_me/status/978981735101878272

I've seen a lot of people asking about how many legit ICOs there are, so I thought I'd share

Quote from the article: "The study begins by breaking down ICOs into 6 groups: Scam, Failed, Gone Dead, Dwindling, Promising, Successful. “On the basis of the above classification,” they wrote, “we found that approximately 81% of ICO’s were Scams, ~6% Failed, ~5% had Gone Dead, and ~8% went on to trade on a exchange.”

"Scams were defined by researchers as “Any project that expressed availability of [an] ICO investment (through a website publishing, ANN thread, or social media posting with a contribution address), did not have/had no intention of fulfilling project development duties with the funds, and/or was deemed by the community (message boards, website or other online information) to be a scam.”

DYOR people ...
Now the scam of projects is about 20-30%.  But now a lot of not successful projects that have not reached the soft cap.
Legit projects usually surpass their softcap amount.

Re: Wallets for altcoins
by

on 08/08/2018, 18:39:34 UTC
There are many different wallets for altcoins.  It will depend which altcoins you own or plan to purchase.  For ERC20 tokens, myetherwallet is a popular one that can store them all.  Other independent platforms will require it's own wallets.
I like to use the ones on their websites.

In participating in the Airdrop project there is no annoying feeling. The results that will be obtained from airdrop are also valuable. So relax in participating.
It's a fun experience for me to even think about it. I want to join in that one day.

I'm looking to invest in a trustworthy Altcoin with a good team and project that I can hold for 1 years. Do you have any suggestions for what I should invest in and why?
I think at this moment we better to invest in the ETH and IOTA now. It is a very stable coins and the this moment it's having a high volume price.
Just the 'ol Ethereum for me. I don't know why there is so many coins.

The most ideal approach to win huge with token is to purchase new discharge tokens at forkdelta or etherdelta. There was a great deal a high hazard low token cost underneath ico that still in red. You can get it rely upon what occur at their undertaking progress. I generally purchase token after icos on the grounds that the market are terrible. Most likely will drop low.
yeah, though having that much money to start with is pretty crazy.

Re: BTC or ETH in 2018
by

The crypto money world caught the output neither Ethereum nor Bitcoin in 2018.

ICO projects won in 2018. Many tokens entering the market have made a great deal of money.

It is important to invest in the right thing at the right time in the crypto money world.
Investing with Bitcoin and Ethereum in your portfolio is a smart thing.

Re: is crypto industry dangerous ?
by

i want to know what makes the cryprto dangerous? to the point that many countries band the use of crypto in their countries. I want to hear your opinion

I would prefer using the word risky rather than dangerous considering that in crypto, anything is possible to happen. The risk is great but the profit can be big too. But if you're not that knowledgeable about crypto market, there's a possiblity to loose your investment.
It's a little bit of both. There is a lot of risk and a lot of danger in crypto.
