Stake maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of advantageous gameplay, such as card counting. Your account has been identified not once, but multiple times by our provider as engaging in such activity.

Under Suspension and Closure by Stake, section 4.19 & 4.21 in our Terms of Service - of which you agreed to upon signup, Stake reserves the right to close a users account and in many cases, confiscate any applicable winnings or available funds. As a result of your deliberate activity, your account has been closed. The profits derived from your SOL Card-Counting Gameplay & SOL VIP Benefits and Rewards have furthermore been confiscated, amounting to ~77.403 SOL.
Stake is allowing you the opportunity to withdraw your initial SOL Deposit of 74.999 SOL. You may login and withdraw this at any time - however afterwards, your account will be permanently restricted.

As outlined in our Terms, any future violations may result in the indefinite withholding of all funds, including deposits, particularly if they are linked to card counting or associated account activity. If you are involved in a card-counting group, we strongly advise ceasing all activity on our platform to avoid permanent fund confiscation.

I know you cannot withdraw the money, but we are currious what reason is they gave to you. If they still investigation they mostly will said, but those screenshoot from my opinion is do not meaning a lot. Cause the message in second message is the first message after the support are taking over maybe due these required further check from the support.

That's why, the support taking over the live-chats from regular support are mostly handling basic stuff.
