they have terrible support team, they said it's missing because i'm sold it out, I even to collect TX hash of my deposit and send to them via google sheet. What will you do when you buy some token by your money and just watching it losing value day by day? one more thing they have BANNED my account 1 time for no reason then un-ban it after ton of emails

They hold my 10,295 BEC token (~3100$) deposited on  May 05, 2018 and today is Aug 8, 2018 and they said i have to "wait patiently", a "Leading BitCoin Exchange   in the world" take more than 3 months to resolve a user's deposit issue, wtf???
This is a joke. Don't get scammed.

if you were login to the site before your browser will be "trusted" and no need 2FA code to login, if you login on another browser or clear your cookie then 2FA is required to login
