I am now able to log in but the order books are not getting loaded. Think the price surge has attracted dormant traders and all are trying to log in at the same time. Coinsecure should find a way to autoscale if that is an issue. I experienced similar problem during last months price drop and could not sell bitcoins on time leading to a loss.

I am noticing the same problem. This also happened during last month's price surge and then the price drop. Request coinsecure team to please make a note of it and fix the issue. Bitcoin is volatile and as a trader I would want to take advantage of the surge and the drop without any interruption.

Please be patient and dont panic. We all will soon be paid. They should be on its way. Genesis Mining has never missed a payout for me in the last three months. They are absolutely spot on when it comes to daily payout.

Only questions is, does Genesis mine on a pool which supports LTC / DOGE merged mining and do you need to put in both, your LTC and DOGE address?
I sent them a support ticket asking this. They replied saying no merged mining yet cause they are working on another project that requires all their resources.
Thanks for this. I asked the same a couple of days back in the forum and was not replied. So I guess GM is directly mining in DOGE pool or not mining at all and paying from the reserves?

Roughly the following happened: User bought hashpower, got a couple of payouts, then opened a ticket to get a refund. Support asked several times for a refund address. When team got the refund address the user was reimbursed (already about a week ago).

When you have the CFO of the company personally looking at your case you should not be worried. This is what happened according to Marco.
Roughly the following happened: User bought hashpower, got a couple of payouts, then opened a ticket to get a refund. Support asked several times for a refund address. When team got the refund address the user was reimbursed (already about a week ago).
Request you to check again and please do not troll. Kindly edit the name of the topic or lock this topic if you are satisfied.
