I'm guessing that every so often they randomly ban...
maybe... there only was about 70 000 sats in my wallet... and it seems like this small sum is more expensive for them than reputation!

he also wrote... that used the site with sister via the same subnet... thus, they suspected he had multiple accounts, and his sister too...
my acc has been blocked by similar reason — I use freebitco through VPN, coz it is banned in my country

...looks to me like they purposely blocked users from accessing their accounts...
it's very possible, but..... this is some new way of blocking - not just logging you out, but giving a 500th error to you!
It could also be a strategy by freebitco.in to display wrong numbers on the site
for example, they show fake numbers in the counters of registered users and won btc on the main page
