I have contacted Payza support many times and even though it is clear that the transaction was cancelled as stated by Blockchain:

This is because when a transaction is rejected by the bitcoin network it is as though the transaction was never created, so the intended outgoing funds will have never left the sending bitcoin address. However Payza support insists:

This is ridiculous because the transaction is not unconfirmed, it's cancelled, doesn't even exist anymore, yet they want me to contact my 'bitcoin wallet' (Cryptopay) which has no control over the transaction because it is cancelled and doesn't exist.
