I do not really understand why the investigation takes so long time. It has been 5 weeks as what Erkans said and it will be resolved on 4th January which is more than two weeks again from now. Is this a special case that need so conplicated investigation or maybe you have a problem with the fraud department team?
Once it is resolved and if bitcoin price down when it is resolved, I think you should give him a compensation because he may lose decent amount of money if bitcoin price down. Just my 2 cents

As I already stated in previous posts, we are implementing a new fraud control system and transition period caused technical issues, which are responsible for the delay. Sorry, but I think I cannot agree on the compensation. Erkan has already doubled his win in USD, because the funds were on hold Wink

Lol you have been saying this from past 2 months i still don't get it why do you guys always hesitate to pay users if they made some profit as i have said in past your policies and terms are clearly made to not allow anyone to make any profit, so what's the harm in paying if sometimes someone does end up making any profit.

Btw it is surely not your concern weather the users funds doubled or not it's his money which he deserves it , i happy you finally got red trust because of your activities.

I've been saying they run a shady operation. But you got some here that will sugar coat the problems. If you accept a bet you pay a bet plan and simple. Stalling and holding on to someone's winnings is a no no. This should serve as a warning for big depositors. If you win big expect to have your winning withheld for a undisclosed amount of time.
