There are dozens of ICOs coming up every month, and although we inform our users about the limited amount of tokens we currently support, many people participate in token sales anyway. That's why there are a lot of requests to add this or that token, which are completed in the order they were received. Apologies for the delay!
As far as I know, your team is EXTREMELY ACTIVE in responding people's complaints to show that you are really care of your customers; however, there is NOT real outcome. If you could atleast improve the service your could have saved time and earned reputation, resulting to far more benefits rather than CHEATING people like this.
