1) For the Orlando project, the interest rate is fixed, since the mortgage contracts were based on this value. For the future projects (Las Vegas etc.), we cannot say an exact value right now since we do not have the mortgage papers, but we would expect that it is close to this percentage, if not the same. Interest payment will not be for a lifetime, it will be for 30 years because of the mortgage contract duration. I realized that it is not directly stated in the whitepaper, so will be added (and thanks!).

2) Registration of GAOK LLC can be checked from Division of Corporations of Florida state:

Akpinar Group is a collection of companies owned by CEO of the BreezeCoin project (Gurkan Akpinar). He is also the owner of GAOK LLC and Breeze de Mar Limited UK. You need to compare the 'authorized person' of the links above (it will be Gurkan Akpinar) with Akpinar Group's website (http://www.akpinarinvest.com). However, since it is not a company, I'm not aware of any registration doc (and not sure if it is possible).
