Some of the rating sites including cryptocompare contain old reviews that have not been updating.
In trustpilot, 1xbit has a poor rating, even 85% contains bad reviews written since the last 4 months. I guess those are honest reviews and some users who have had issues with withdrawals and account frozen, and new users should have a little faith in trustpilot this time.

there are still dates that we can see on a review site . If we think it's old , we can try to look for more recent reviews or include bitcointalk forum when reviewing because users here are active on posting comments and can also give feedbacks .

If they are a legit site , they will stop operating until all problems are fixed but if they continue , you know what that means .
