In my opinion, it's better to spend that energy efficiently on exercising the body while solving other problems at thesame time rather than just exercising the body.

Yes, it's fun and very tiring. That's why you will feel that you're losing some fats in your body.

You get to enjoy and swim without noticing that your body is reacting and making yourself do it with a benefit to become fit. Any workout that works for you, you should continue it.

All of us have different solutions and technique for which our body requires and prefers, and definitely to shed some pounds, we need to do some physical activity.
