OP said that his username is ‘spata’. By using the chatbot command I can see that he (spata) hasn't visited primedice since last two days. While OP created this topic 24 hours ago. So, it's clear that OP haven't visited primedice after creating this accusation, because he knows that he won't get the amount what he lost by gambling. This is fully baseless accusation

A troll perhaps. If we will look to his posting history, he has lots of "accusations agains Primedice that is also baseless.
This guy is not safe to trade with thus, we should now how to stay away from this user. And if in this case, if there were a "bug" displaying his activity if he did or no didn't vsited primedice, I think there's no "scam-like" from the reply of the support to his chat.
