Win La Liga or don't win it, Girona will have to face with a very tough summer transfer season because many bigger clubs are sending their scouts to watch Girona players and are thinking of transfer offers to Girona in order to buy players from this small club.

Yes but as far as I know Girona is incredibly strong financially as the City Football Group is behind it. Of course there is still an incentive for players to leave the club if they have an offer from teams like Real Madrid or Liverpool and others. I am not sure whether Manchester City would purchase Girona players as they would weaken a team that is under the same management by the same investors.

But what you mentioned is interesting because I think having young players who never won anything big can be an advantage sometimes. However, being Real Madrid with all the experience in the minds of the players seems to not have been hurting in the past either.
