They ignore me for 5-6 days at a time, and after several emails, their last reply was "We will check those files and get back to you with an update." Then, they went back to ignoring me: https://imgur.com/GHV7I0B.

What really hurts is that I am living on false hope. I worked so hard to collect this money, and now it's gone. I can't even eat or think straight.

But what I do know is that this is my right, my money—my hard work and suffering. And I will fight for it until my last breath.
