Your cashback may even become zero if you manage to recover and make a profit before the day of the cashback distribution. I said it based on my own experience few weeks ago when I had like $20 cashback under my available rewards on the VIP program page, but it was gone a day later because I managed to win back and make nice profit. As what you say, cashback is based on netloss unlike rakeback which is based on wager amount.

If I am not wrong, if you claim that $20 cashback and then you win back what you lose, then if you lose again, you won't get the cashback till you pass the previous limit. For example, if your loss was $500, this time you won't get cashback until you lose more than $500. If I remember correctly, one of the casino support explained this a while ago.

But as far as I know, different casinos have different systems. Some casino has a cashback expiring system. Users have to claim their cashback within a certain time, otherwise the cashback expires. Some other casinos do not have an expiring system.

On casinopunkz cash back mechanism, You can see already the progress of your cash back after you loss while claim button is only available after the monthly countdown was over so I think they are doing real time plus/minus on the cash back rewards based on your actual PnL on the casino.

This is definitely a bug probably due to your first deposit never being bust that’s why the bonus expired. Casinopunkz support is responsive and updating frequently the casino.

There should be a cancel button for that bonus in case for a scenario like this which user doesn’t meet the requirements during the expiration period.

They are always responsive when you reach them, but they have never came back with the explanation nor the solution, every time I contacted their support. I'm still expecting him to explain to us, and I'm bit surprised to know my friend iv4n also gets the same issue. He is one of the most active gamblers and posters here, and seeing he faces same problem, then I think this is quite serious.

Support didn't provide any help, they didn't do anything except repeat the same answers. But that's nothing new, the support is the same in most casinos... LM was much more helpful.

I hope the issue will be solved, and somehow I am sure it will, you just need to be patient. Don't be me (by the time they solved my problem, I gambled away my entire balance) so stop playing until they solve it... and I would love to hear an explanation of what went wrong, of course, if the casino even gives you one.
Damn our problems are exactly same! And you know what? While I was waiting their update, I also spent my balance until 0 and I even deposited again, as I believed they would solve my issue later.
