Ive been using rollbit for a few months, processed thousands in deposits and withdrawals, fully verified account up to level 4
Today support asked me to list my other rollbit accounts - but I never had any alternative rollbit accounts, used my account on basically daily basis for a while.
Any suggestion on how can I help them fix it quickly, Im sure its some sort of a bug on their end
Maybe try customer care support or raise a complaint in this forum (scam accusation board) or other platforms like casinoguru/ ask gamblers. Sometimes, the claims turn out as a false positive


If you are genuinely innocent. Fight for your money and try to prove that you are innocent. Maybe your account was false flagged.
Yeah, many have had similar issues which in the end, it turned out that the account was wrongly flagged.
And also worthy of note is the fact that sometimes, this whole accusation of the user operating more than one account may likely be coming from a bot that's been programmed to give such reply at any slightest slightest suspicion.

What I did suggest as well is, first step, do not take such accusation serious so you should not panic over it so long you are sure that you are innocent.
Secondly, proceed to creating a complaint about the issue in the scam accusation board, this will move the casino representative on this forum to react fast to the issue and see how it can be solved.

So they actually unlocked my account within a few hours, but I really hated the experience, as the first support lad told me he will only help me, when I decide to be truthful !
Case closed, but a terrible experience
Well, sorry about the whole experience, it is what it is but be happy that the issues has been resolved amicably without them further wasting your time and possibly holding your funds hostage.

Rollbit is still a very good casino regardless of the issues and experiences they make some of their users go through due to their erroneous assumptions or presumptions, one thing that is certain is that no business anyehere is 100 percent perfect with out any form or flaws or what some may refer to as con, and maybe the flaw of Rollbit is often assuming users are operating multiple accounts when they are not.

Lets believe this is an error from their flagging system and hope they give it a proper fix soonest, so that this doesn't end up dainting their reputation.

I hope so, that's why I went to the forum, because on the website in the chat they keep asking me to list other accounts all the time. I'll wait to see if they solve the problem.
