Usually, that happens when gamblers don't read the TOS and they just register their account, deposit and start playing. But once they have a problem and contact the support system, they will argue that they are right but the fact is they are doing a mistake. If they want to admit their mistakes, that will be good but many people will say that the casino scammed them and others but they don't realize that is their mistake.

The casino will not force a user to stay on their place especially if they cannot accept the support explanation. So it will depend on the user which they will they choose, to stay at the casino and realize the mistake or leave the casino.

We've seen lots of people made a mistake its because they didn't read the TOS and just read it when they already experiencing a problem on the casino.
