I contacted betpanda around 50 times in live chat, 10 times via email, opened two threads on mediators (askgamblers/casinoguru) to try to get an answer to no success

After knowing they have an active Ann thread here why didn't you also contact them to see if they could respond to you over here, because I believe they are more active here than any other platform you may want their attention. Forum here is the best place to seek casino's attention than those platforms you mentioned as they aren't that active and mostly that is a third party site which they must get to be contacted before your case could be handled but forum here gives you direct access to the casino since they have an active promotion on this forum.
I believe this issue have been escalated enough to get to the attention ot the team, I know how active we have all been onnthe betpanda ANN thread and their representatives are actively following so I believe their have an eye on this issue, one thing we have to understand about running a business is that, a platform have so many branches and departments and all this work as one to make the casino stand out among others, so gambler expectations of fast response may be denied sometimes.
So following up from time to time, to know what the level with the case until you finally get the positive response expected which I know you will get eventually.
