I understand that you want to withdraw all the money you have deposited, but unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. If you have lost some of the money you have deposited while playing, then they can’t refund it to you.

Of course i am not asking for the money that i lost. I am asking for my balance.
What they did is steal 5k to a person that already lost another 5k in their casino. It's disgusting.
