The casino is within its rights. They did not scam anyone. You guys were flagged by Betby, and the casino had to take action. They voided the winnings and returned the deposit. It could be considered a scam if they had confiscated the deposit as well. So, where did the scam happen? Their TOS already covered that they do not allow arbitrage betting. They are now paying as a gesture of goodwill and nothing else. If they do not pay, no one can do anything because they are within their rights.

Do you really think people care about some random extortionists on the internet? You got Peeps place on your back because he has the same character. He has a history of asking for money to list casinos and give them a better rating. Then he changed his name.

I have handled their campaign for three weeks only. The campaign is now paused, and nobody knows if they are going to come back with a promotional campaign. They are new and don't have much reputation on the forum. So, why would they pay the cheaters if they are not paying as a gesture of goodwill?

You don't have any idea what you are talking about. I've been flagged 30 times. It's just a warning given to the casino so that they can look into if they want. Normally limits are then auto cut by the provider. Everyone that had their limits cut has been flagged.
