What is the difference between your lab and your office? This might sound funny though but I'm curious to know because I have the mindset that the lab is the same thing as your physical office local. Meanwhile, if you already have a lab and a physical office, that means you are an established business in those countries and if that be the case, may I know if wallet recovery is the only thing you do considering the profitability of such business which is a direct function of how much such services are demanded.

No, lab is in Switzerland and Poland. We dont have any plan to have a lab in Africa as there is no office there.

I agree with you that, they need a lab in Africa because their service is indeed a needed one and I’m sure a lot of people from Africa might not be able to benefit directly from this your service if they have to ship their devices down to you for recovery and most time, you’ll be agree with me that shipping intercontinentally are always expensive and you should possibly work on the possibility of doing this service without demanding the device the asset was it(my opinion)

I don't think Trustpilot is enough for a case of someone sending his phone or tablet containing recoverable Bitcoin or cryptocurrency to a third party. Think it properly and see if there is anyone that will do that using some positive remarks from Trustpilot. I better means of assurance from legally recognized independent body would have been a lot better especially for people sending to labs across boarders. I cannot think of any one now but there should be people that offers such services that is similar to insurance or guarantors. If they can add that to their operation, it will bring some level of trust and confidence to people who might need their services.
