I've done a lot of research into weight loss, and I can safely say that the easiest way is to not eat lol.
It's not about working out, it's not about taking fat-burning supplements... it's not about boosting your metabolism... all this shit only burns like 300 calories max per day. Yes. Even if you ran a mile everyday, you would burn only 116 calories. That's BS. That's not even a meal.
But look at it this way, one meal is probably 600 - 1000 calories (or more). All you need to do is skip one meal a day to burn 600+ calories.
It takes willpower to skip a meal and not overreat the next meal. But that's really the easiest way. Skip 10 meals (10 days), and you're looking at at least 2 - 3 pounds lost.
Of course, we're not talking about just skipping a meal. You should eat during that time, but instead of eating calories, just eat the essentials -- veggies (not potatoes or other carb-filled shit), just leafy greens.
If you're lacking protein, have an egg with your veggies. An egg only has 78 calories, so it's negligible compared to the 700-cal meal you would've eaten.
And this is the true way to lose weight. You have to focus on your diet rather than focusing on working out.
But on the flip side, if you do high intensity workouts for 3 hours straight, you'd be burning 1000 calories.
But then you'd have to ask yourself: Would you ratehr work out in the most intense way for 3 hours a day? Or would you rather not have a burger or pasta for dinner? Which one is easier?
How to lose weight is to eat various types of vegetables, adequate protein and fat intake. Some types of vegetables such as cucumber, lettuce, cabbage, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, and spinach can help you launch a diet program and also maintain a healthy body. Although you eat a lot of vegetables, but you do not have to worry because you will not be overweight or obese.
