I just checked the push-up table, and I found out that you spent 93 days doing push-ups, and you have achieved a total of 14,700 push-ups. I believe with your consistency in this push-up challenge, nothing will stop you from achieving 100 days and 16,000 push-ups before the end of the month. I know for us to be consistent with this push-up challenge, we are motivated, but I won't deny the fact that the price of Bitcoin is lifting our spirits because I can see some mates on the bench coming back to continue with the push-up challenge.
Thanks. I'm going through tough times but I'm still trying to keep up with my push-ups. I don't really have time for proper 8-hour sleep. I have to drive in the morning and afternoon. Basically my day is split into three. Still, I'm paying attention to my diet so I don't get too weak. I try to get enough protein for the day.
Added 200 today. 10 set x 20 reps as usual.

Sincerely, it's quite surprising for some one going through all these and yet pull up a 200 push ups. To me, that's resilience, that's dogedness, that's never give up spirit, and truly, that's what we all need, though we are all not the same. Presently, am a transporter and I know the tiredness I feel after the day's work, added to a lack of sleep, and then, u still added 200. I must say you are committed to this.
We ain't giving up, are we? Your act is a motivation to me personally and some other people here who needs such dogedness and resilience in the face of challenge to keep on the push up challenge and keep fitness on..
Two days report, 150 push ups in total. 75 for each day. 15×5 sets Daily. We will scale up gradually. We keep the hopes on.
