I have personally reached out to the last few users that have issues to find out what happened, and see if I can resolve the issue. Most have not responded, but I will insure some kind of resolution when the day.

At this point my issues to date have been resolved satisfactorily. I've not received confirmation of shipping yet but at this point everything is back on track and I await shipping confirmation of my order which I don't expect until the beginning of next week.

I hope the pedal doesn't come off the gas again when it comes to customer service. I was very surprised when it did. I will say once you decide to engage the customer and take care of the issues, you do it right.

Have you tried writing in their forum? A handful of GAW employees are quite active there.

I went there yesterday and which added more fuel to the fire when I found it was offline and still had no contact from them. In any case I'm going to step back and hope things workout. The one chat that I had last week went so well and then nothing. If I don't hear anything today I'll just cancel the order and hope it all works out the way it should.

I've heard some positive comments about Gawminers.com and maybe my situation is an exception. I hope it is.

No Customer Service from GAWMiners.com

I've been trying to get a response from GAWMiners.com customer service since Monday morning and have had absolutely no luck using their chat, email, phone, and support. I don't see an excuse at this point and my only course of action is to cancel the order I have with them and get a refund. It's the first time ordering from GAWMiners.com and the last. I've waited on the phone until the very end a few times all three days at which point you are offered to leave a message which I did on Monday and again first thing this morning. I emailed yesterday and today as well as. I used their website chat Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and left a message on the chat which it indicates to do when no agent responds. I also sent a message through their contact page web form and still nothing. I would say in 72 hours any one of these things should have been sufficient to get a response. I was told last week someone would get back to me regarding some sales questions and that never happened. I'm sure some of you from the sounds of it have had some good customer service. I rate my experience at the top of the horrible scale.
