We do not run away from the questions asked, just we think that feeding this topic will only increase its visibility and therefore will harm us in one way or another, even if the accusations are false.

Nevertheless, I will answer your questions anyway.

Our website is not down, we finished our Pre-sale and being the victim of blackmail and also of large-scale defamation campaign we decided to put on line on Cubaaz.io a press release to inform the public. But we reserve all other communications and update only to our investors by email and private message. They are the only ones who need to be informed in real time of the progress of the project and our ICO.

Then we never used the funds collected because we are not sure to do the phase 2 of the ICO (final sale) and therefore the project. And if we decide not to do Phase 2 of the ICO then we will refund 100% of the funds raised immediately. And it is for this reason that we do not want to use the funds raised until our leaders is made a final decision. This decision will be made at the beginning of July. If we do phase 2 then it will start at the end of July and end in September. If we decide not to do so then we will start the investor refund process and make an official announcement to announce it.
 
Now every person can have a different opinion, think differently can agree with our vision or not at all. But no one has the right to denigrate or defame our society just because their point of view is different. It's our society, it's our ICO and we claim to be able to behave as we think.

The most important for us is our investors and none of our investors has complained.

We are victims of a smear campaign by anonymous people who hide behind different accounts.

We tried to be as honest as possible to prove to the community our good faith, but unfortunately it seems that we made a mistake in responding to this malicious person's post because we gave it importance and they managed to create doubt in the community with their false information.

I would just like to remind the malicious people who put these posts online, that spreading false information and smear campaign is a crime in many countries and we will not let ourselves be defamed and denigrated without doing anything.

Now if a person shows evidence of these false accusations then we will answer here in front of the community. Because for us the most important is the trust of the community.

On the other hand if no one provides evidence then we do not waste more time feeding this discussion.

I'll just add two things:
1- He says he has worked for 8 months for our company and he says his name is David (his nickname is DAVIDANDERSON23 and he signs these posts as "David"). So why is there no David in our team? He works 8 months for an ICO and he does not appear on any support?

You can search everywhere on our whitepaper or on any ICO trackers or website where we were referred and you will see that there has never been any David in our team. If you find a proof (photo, links, screenshot etc.) that say the opposite you can share it here.

2- He says himself (without anyone asking him) that he has all the evidence of what he says and when a person asks him to provide evidence he says he will give nothing.

It's typical of scammers, they lie and invent so many stories that they themselves forget their lies.
And when they feel that no one believes them they get bored.

Now, we need to report his account and these posts to be banned from the BitcoinTalk community

His response and his embarrassment tell more than all the threats and false information he tries to spread everywhere.
He is a liar who hides behind a fake account and tries to blackmail us. And who thinks that because he spreads false information about us we will pay him to stop.

Already we can see that we are speaking with a real profile and in representation of the company Cubaaz, while this person uses different profiles and all with false names.

Today there are many travel websites like Expedia, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Airbnb ect ... And also search engine comparing rates like Trivago.

But none of these platforms offer a comprehensive and independent offer. Expedia for example offers flights, hotels, activities and car rental packages.

So it only offers the booking of flights, hotels, activities and car rental (which is already a lot) but it does not necessarily offer the best deals in terms of price and availability because Expedia distributes and sells its own listings.
