18k balance not getting paid out, completed KYC refers to other secondary KYC.
Just going to start exclusion route then report to gambling commissions officially as dont seem to want to settle.
As we can see from your screenshot, after your withdrawal, they asked for a secondary KYC verification. I do not really agree with secondary verification if the account is already KYC verified. If the amount is in the millions, then it does make sense to ask for secondary KYC verification. However, your verification seems approved. So you should try to withdraw your funds again. You have deposited a handsome amount. So your withdrawal shouldn't be declined again. In case they ask for KYC again, you can comply since they already have your KYC, so no privacy issues there. Just going to start exclusion route then report to gambling commissions officially as dont seem to want to settle.
Empire team, your topic title is telling it's instant payout. So why are you rejecting the withdrawal? Why are you acting like typical scam gambling sites? Please solve his issues as soon as possible. This is your official announcement thread, so gamblers will definitely notice these allegations. Otherwise, users are free to create scam accusations which would ruin your reputation as well.
I'm trying to be neutral here so I cant judge too much because we need more information both from this player and from the casino about this case.
I looked at the screenshot and I'm a bit curious because his withdrawal is being declined at the same day as he made the 2 deposits ($18500). I'm wondering if he tried to withdraw just after the 2 deposits without wagering enough amount (standard rule 1x wagering) which trigger the KYC request.
If my guess above is true which he did not wager enough before his withdrawal request, it is not the casino's fault to ask KYC because I think it is standard policy to avoid money laundering attempt.
So it will be nice if spinprovider can provide more information about the case from his side.

People like @Little Mouse are really so got at managing such contests if you find it challenging, though the minimum bet limits may have to be reduced a bit. It seems so many members are scared of making a bet of $1

They are not straight forward about it like other casinos I know. If it's x1 or x2, it applies to all accounts, regardless of "suspicion" or not.

Hi, I will need some explanation about your KYC requirement, what do you mean by no upfront KYC? Or no KYC you meant? I think this mean that KYC can still be asked if needed?
