Good news.

I can now confirm that my case has been resovled by them after i hadnt been able to withdraw ever since the site started acting up. it took me my forth attempt (1 by forum messages 3 by email) but they handeled my withdrawel with confirmation that i was indeed the owner of the account in question and they sent the bitcoins to a provided adress.

add me to the list of sources saying they arent running away with your money. theyre probably just not equiped to handle the of request at the moment.

that is all.

Seems to be working fine for me - just made a small withdrawal from my house balance.
I guess whatever small count you took up emptied it i cant even get 0.01 out. it either speaks to the already known small hot wallet. or that they still havent fixed my account saying insufficient funds instead of that the hot wallet is emty. got ahold of the guy here, got 1 reply and never heard back. same happened thorugh email replied to me once or twitce and still havent fixed it. such a mess

Hi guys,
Just wanted to chime in. I had 79 bitcoin invested, got "diluted" to 68 bitcoin when this strange whale won 340btc on January 13. SInce then have lost confidence in the site. But... On the bright side ... I got my 68 bitcoin out in 24 hours. Just try every 60 minutes... sometimes you get 0,5 sometimes you get 50 sometimes you get 10... But.. I got it out... So at least it seems it is not a total scamm...(yet).

I lost confidence because the huge winners where all people who logged onto the site and in the same first two hours won huge amount all with name like piratexxxxx or underdogxxxxx where the xxxxx are numbers.. I don't know.. It might be that it is just winning loosing.. where I would have no problem... But it seemd fishy. Since the site has NO SUPPORT at all, nobody to talk to, nobody who defends their position or helps...I am really happy that I got out and can watch as a bystander now..
Maiden
Can somebody vote me up as trustworthy pleasssse... I am such a nice person...haha

yea its not a problem of them paying out, but the hot wallet is never full when ive tried. you getting out 50 is unheard off as far as ive seen, i guess lucky you, i cant even get 0.1 out. tried for weeks now.

I have made a transaction to fill up the hot wallet now. Funds for withdrawal will be available as soon as it confirms. We had several players cash out with big profits.

Would you care to look why i cant withdraw, as i dont get the message when the hot wallet is emty i instead get a promt telling me i have insuficcient funds. ive managed to withdraw 2 times with smaller amounts. but even when i try that it still gives me a insufficent funds message. even though your site clearly says that i have x amount.

Please PM me your username and deposit address and I will check what happened with your account!

Just sent you the PM you requested, if the information is enough ill be happy to provide whatever more is needed.

My biggest issue right now, is that its like they dont even recognize that i have funds. i cant withdraw and cant even bet on the house. probably both do to hot wallet, and i dont know how this still is a problem if they see people wanting to cashout they should increase the hot wallet amount. at this point my bitcoins are basically non existent. such a mess.

Did you try and make a withdraw? If so your withdraw might be pending and that's why its not showing up in your account and you can't bet or withdraw an even higher amount.

Eventally with enough time you should get your deposit back but who knows. The hot wallet eventually does actually get refilled and this website has lots of BTC in capital so they won't go bankrupt anytime soon.

It would be the perfect gambling site if they only improved their support. They really need to hire some devs and support staff.
yea again i got a lesser amount  cashed out hence my second comment about the fees, but it says i have insufficient funds, even though the site says i have x amount. thats also why i cant bet on the house anyremore, i just get the insufficient funds prompt again. support would be great but i feel like its a bit late for that, but if they want to retain any future credibility they might want to step up and handle request of the community.

so i say if they would just have the decency, which i dont think they would as they dont communicate or anything of the sorts, either fill more in the hot wallet or lower the fees, as we're limited to withdraw tiny amounts so the fee becomes quite a chunk of the amount withdrawn.

I have 2 accounts, 1 on the bankroll and 1 for gambling. I started just a week back. I just put up 0.002BTC on the bankroll. The sites been showing 504 Gateway Time-out since the past week.
The only reason i preferred it over other gambling sites is because it gives out 200 Satoshi free every second, if your balance is 0. Huh
yeah i just put in 0.165 1.5 weeks before it began showing those. hopefully at some point ill get my money back.

I have no evidence of a scam? well i have plenty of evidence of things not being right for a business of its type which is alarming enough to warrant no longer depositing.

The site is ALWAYS down.
If it is ALWAYS down, how come anyone was ever able to play?
Does it even exist, like a tree that falls while no one is listening?

Exaggeration helps get the point across, now you're just nitpicking...

So the hot wallet keeps getting emptied right, so people just cashout small amounts and suffer the fees, every time? so if i want to get any money out i would ahve to do the same, why dont they have a queue. regret moving my investment. *sigh*

I dont want to jump to conclusion like some of the other users, but it is a bit worrying that the site isnt working properly. first the site were down for 2 days and came back up and i thought it was fixed, but the last 3 days i cant move my balance at all. no cashing out which i quite wanted to after that ordeal and being new to the site (dont really trsut it, as ive later read it was taken over by new owners, which devalues it being from 2012) and i cant even reinvest it either. couldnt find anywhere to contact them so this is my hope theyll come with some response to what going on.
