I'm wondering how Pochettino wants to rebuild Chelsea for the next season because the Chelsea we saw this season had lots of mistakes and they are not in a good situation at all also many expensive players they bought this season are not helping the team and they are not performing well as they should perform.
Regardless of that Chelsea needs to have a better atmosphere and the situation they have is not good for a team like Chelsea at all.
I think Chelsea should wait for Pochettino to give them a list of players he needs for the next season and then they should hire just the players Pochettino needs any other player Pochettino doesn't need should not be hired doesn't matter how expensive and famous they are.

for now, barcelona is one of the clubs with the best squad in the world so if they intend to buy players again, it's just a waste. With Messi moving to Miami , I do have confidence that he will be playing at the next WC , especially that he will know all the pitches by then and having extra info even if the age won't forgive Messi but I would like to see him playing one more WC. Now , can Argentina win it again ? I doubt it because believe it or not , England looks the strongest team on the planet right now , because they do have a lot of young talented players with massive experience in both WC , EC but also UCL and Premier League. 
Sounds like a fantasy but I'm pretty sure that in the next World Cup we'll probably see both Messi and Ronaldo - even if they are mostly benched and all their playing time is limited to group games (which will obviously be easy). They are huge brands and I think even the organizers will push the leadership of the national teams to see them at another World Cup.

Chelsea won't be aiming for the title next season. Chelsea will aim to stabilize the squad and qualify for the Champions League. But Pochettino needs to be given enough opportunities and freedom to do that. Chelsea management has appointed a new coach, now if they don't give the coach the opportunity to form the squad with the players according to the coach's choice, Chelsea's performance will not be stable. And so to build the team next season, Chelsea management has to provide big funds to coach Pochettino. Or the Chelsea management should not expect too much from Pochettino.
