Its just a progress that the people currently are now widely adopting with the crypto and not only with the bitcoin because people now recognize the process of the blockchain technology so if people now accepted this kind of feature for sure establishments and business will now adopt this kind of changes for better and convenient experience and even with the attention of other near country will adopt and its a good thing for increase of number of investor reason for increasing the price.

Not familiar with Altcoins that much but i tried creating multiple wallets, imported their private keys and it did work, i could see same address, until i tried using the mnemonic seed i got from their web-app.
Try typing out the private key on trust wallet  instead of copying first  , if it still doesn't import it  then:
Do it the other way round  , import your private key on their web-app https://guarda.com/app (not a good practice but left with no choice) check if it returns same address , if it does  then try performing a transaction there.. if same error still occurs then  i don't think there's anymore thing you can do (maybe) than waiting for the support response..

Paste the address that was giving by  Guarda and the address shown after importing on Trust wallet  if possible a screenshot.. Note:  Not your private key
Also what was the error thrown at you when you were trying to make your withdrawal .. if possible [screenshot as well] , don't know how  to do that? Since this is TRON, and we're talking about multicoin wallets, I'm not really sure of how to go by things, but contacting Guarda's support would surely help.

But now that I re-read the above post... and you're saying that even importing the private key linked to your address didn't help, it's starting to make even less sense.

Do you know if TRON has different types of addresses by any chance? like Bitcoin has bech32 addresses?

well, i tried checking it out but i don't trust them and seen some reviews as well ...
To be sure check the address giving by Guarda to see if there's anything there in the first place ,seen a complaint about that in one of their app reviews. if you don't find it there then you likely have been scammed!.

Guarda's wallet is cross-platform (online, mobile and desktop wallets). So when you say you cannot send the funds, what does that mean, what's the error you're receiving? and have you tried using another platform? The issue sounds like it has something to do with the derivation path.

Im not really sure whats going on here, but if you really used a private key and copied and pasted correctly, its practically impossible to get a different wallet address. Every private key is tied to one unique public key, and that means one unique address.

Then you should move your TRX out of Guarda Wallet and into a new wallet. Importing a private key or mnemonic into a hot wallet is a security risk anyways and it should only be done to restore your funds and then move them out.

Unless I’m missing something, you still seem to have access to your funds on Guarda Wallet, so there was no reason to import the key into another hot wallet. You should have just created a new seed in Trust and transferred your funds directly if that is the wallet you wanted to switch to.

I only tried using the web wallet, but if you are using the mobile app version, it should be similar.  There is a cog icon that should take you to the wallet management section and from there you will see an option to view the private key to your TRX wallet. Import the private key found here instead of the mnemonic into Trust Wallet and it will generate the same address.

I think you should try to describe your problem in more detail... because right now, that makes little sense.

When you say "export my Guarda wallet," what exactly are you doing? Are you trying to import a seed phrase into a different wallet, or are you looking for a receiving address within Guarda wallet itself?  These are two completely different things.

If you are importing a seed phrase and getting a different address, that usually means you are using the wrong seed phrase or the new wallet you are importing into uses a different derivation path than Guarda wallet. Or maybe you forgot about the 25th word/passphrase?

Guarda has an option to export the wallet. It does not use seed phrases but it exports the private keys to a file. Export it without a password or encryption and then use a hex editor to scan for private keys inside the backup file.

Did you exchange the Tron for another crypto, or did you merely send it to another address?
