I can confirm my issue was resolved very quickly by support. Somewhere I had picked up the wrong custom token address.
i need help to. i made three transactions with BTC.
the status of two of them is: Confirmed, tokens in transit.
the third one is not visible. for the third one i used the ETH address of the first one.
when will they arrive at my ETH address? and what is the name etc of the token inside ETH?

Thank you, I have emailed the support address. I gave my ETH address and used the BTC address that was then displayed on your contribution page.
I think it would be helpful to reply here for others to say how long the delays are in these sorts of cases to reduce worry.

Is there any indication being given of how long non-ETH contributions (in my case BTC) take to generate the SNM transfer to my ETH address? The online support was overwhelmed when I asked 10 hours ago and now there is no online chat available. I paid my BTC to the Bitcoin address given on the page for me once I had entered my ETH address.

Well damn... and I am assuming you have confirmations on your DASH txid then. I hope support get back to you. I just bought some about an hour ago and they arrived promptly after I got 3 confirmations on my BTC transaction although the exchange rate was a little low. I am guessing it was the fee taken out for shapeshift.
i can prove everything, i sent to them 2 mail with DASH id transaction, eth address ecc..., i double checked on their site eth address - dash address just to know if i was wrong with the DASH address during dash transaction. Nothing, everything is ok but they are just ignoring me, after 24 hours my first mail they answered me that they are solving problem in 2 hours, nothing after 5 hours

well, for ETC you don't really need unique address to identify sender, so your tokens will find their way to your wallet sooner or later.
Look, I put my ETH address at first as it was written in the instruction and after that I got a deposit address for ETC where I sent my coins. That's all. That address wasn't unique to identify who sent to this deposit address.

Tell me, how you'll know who sent from ETC address if I didn't tell you that this address is mine? There are only two addresses which you know is ETH deposit address and ETC contract address. Because the first one I gave you and the second one you gave me. What about the third address (ETC address which I used to send my ETC to ETC contract address) which you didn't know before the transaction? Don't forget, ETC contract address is not unique and it was used by many other people! Who from them has sent these 143 ETC?

1) When the SOMN smart contract was published exactly (showing that funds are no longer escrowed)?
2) When exactly did you tell SebastianJu that he's not escrowing?
3) Did you inform investors in any way that the ICO is no longer escrowed? If no, why didn't you do that?

"SONM uses multisignature address; three people have a key, they are Sergey Ponomarev, Alexey Antonov and SONM's advisor, Chronobank CEO Sergey Sergienko. We think that the trust towards SONM team members and Sergey Sergienko is much higher than the trust towards one person who recieves all funds as an escrow. SONM team believes that paying commission to the escrow guarant is an unnecessary investor's money spenditure and we have no right to trust Sebastian the money raised as he's not an authorized representative. SONM team had spoken to the advisors and made the described decision"
Thanks for the detailed answer! But I'd like to point that escrow is still advertised on the OP "We'll use escrow with multisignature wallet and escrow to ensure safety for all the ICO participants. " I'll also try to find the statement (if it exists and was actually published).
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that Sebastian has got way more reputation and trust in crypto world than 3 named team members/advisors and your statement about trust is simply wrong. Sebastian also said other variants were not discussed (multisig escrowed wallet, for example, involving several reputable escrow)...
I'm absolutely sure investors should have the some form of control for the funds (escrow is best option), otherwise these 3 guys can do anything the want with "donated" money...
Rather good statement tho, but, unfortunately as team decided not to have an escrow during ICO and use miltisig we never returned back to this question.

Are you guys getting any response from the support? They asked me to send an email yesterday, I had problems with the allocation of tokens due to delays in transactions, I detailed everything but nothing. I sent message in their support chat hours ago, it said "20 ppl waiting", but no answer so far... I thought they would solve the problem, now seems they are ignoring.
I sent an email again and they asked me to send it to bonus@sonm.io for questions about bonus. But this box is FULL. Didn't they know that?? And I have no questions at all about bonus, come on.
Basically I invested with BTC and the transaction confirmed way later in their smart contract. Then they gave me the WORST exchange possible (1USD=8SNM) and no bonus at all. A guy who invested almost a full hour after me got 3,8% bonus.
They said yesterday that everybody would get their tokens based on timestamp of transactions, no worries, etc. So where are my due tokens? We understand some technical problems, but then you should solve the problem.
Now I feel they are just sending me from place to place and will not solve shit.

If you can access your private key using this wallet, then everything is fine. You need to copy the ETH address private key and open it using myetherwallet.com (MIST AKA ethereumwallet also acceptable)
Then you need to add custom token:
1.Click Add Custom Token.
Add SONM ICO smart contract address to the Contract Address field:
0x983f6d60db79ea8ca4eb9968c6aff8cfa04b3c63
Type SNM in the Token Symbol field and the number 18 in Decimals. Click Save.

What's the point of coming here to say that this ICO is a scam and inverstors are a bunch of idiots/fools? 
I can understand how anybody could come here to talk about certain concerns regarding how the ICO is being handled, but why does some people seem to enjoy the possibility of investors losing money?

Its just people are acting like kids, they might not get there Bonuses or just want to harm an ICO they dislike for some reason and I am pretty sure, people who dislike this ICO want to see it fail, so they tell rumors and fake statements to let everyone else panic, classic ICO stuff, always the same.
What is the biggest concern for me is that they excluded escrow right before ICO. That's the most scary thing, the manner that was handled and explained by the dev team. Or it was my dream and didn't happen in reality?
To me they are legit, but they sure could communicate with the public better...

I royally screwed up lol sent .02 btc from a exchange coins are not showing up so if they send them back i am screwed and if they show up i do not have the private key for there eth wallet...
try to explain the situation to their support, ask for your tokens to be transferred on another account (it works in about 80% cases)

Not any question, it's just because all currencies deposits on their website are blocked (limit reached), you can't invest in the ICO at the moment (unless you already know the address).
