Hey another Newbie i really like your writing skill
I've been using the site for interest on hodling 15 BTC, and the parimutuel sportsbetting. I just read the last 30 pages of this thread and it seems weird that most of the thread is this public flame war between customer service and botters who had their accounts confiscated based on secret evidence.
I used to be a software engineer Google and another online advertising company in LA and at the latter I was in charge of blocking bots that would click on our ads. It's hard. There were lots of false positives and false negatives. Much respect to the people who do this for a living. But there has to be a better way of doing it that doesn't spam the thread with flame wars about confiscated accounts. Maybe you can just preemptively block signups from all the IPs of known proxies/VPNs/datacenters and block signups from duplicate IPs. (modulo the edge case where hundreds of distinct mobile devices often share the same IP -- gotta figure out which IP blocks belong to mobile ISPs that do that). But anyway if you prevent signups by IP you'll have a lot less work to do for banning bots and probably also reduce the risk of false positives from people who were innocently using an open proxy or whatever. Another quick and dirty idea is to rate limit free btc claims per /24 or /16 IP block. Are you guys hiring?

The one and only action he can take for everyone to believe this claim is that he provide.....

Since he has not done that, no one believes him.

It's not true. Having knowledge gained from hacking someone's email account isn't equivalent to being able to provide a Bitcoin signed message.

You guys are putting your hard earned money just for gain 4% interest. just imagine if this site is closed, or if owner do not give your money/account back by making some excuses, then you will not be able to do anything. and if you keep the same btc in a famous wallet or cold wallet, then your money will also be safe and and in the future, the price of bitcoin will automatically increase by 40%, so why take the risk?

I have provided a lot of proofs but I ignored them and didn’t say at the beginning that only Bitcoin signatures can be provided nor said that only these exchanges will have Bitcoin signatures.

There are many ways a hacker could also access ALL that information. I ask for a Bitcoin signed message because that's the only method that is foolproof. In cryptography I trust and so should anyone else that has had any involvement with Bitcoin.

No, it is a policy that protects 100% of accounts from phishing. The number of customers that have recovered accounts using a signed message and have expressed gratitude to me so having such a robust policy to ensure their account wasn't at risk greatly exceeds the number that complain because they can't.

That is terrible advice. If your email is hacked as has happened in the past with database leaks that are no fault of your own someone can simply reset your password and authorise their login from your email account. We don't force anyone to use 2fa we simply put a message advising anyone with a significant balance to use it. Maybe only a few people use 2fa overall but nearly 100% of high rollers use it.
I mean I don't use 2fa on every website but yes Gmail account has 2fa, loooooong pass and number. hacking gmail is not so easy in today's world. If any suspicious activity happens the account gets locked automatically.Completely wrong. I'm not ignoring the fact that he has stated that can't sign a Bitcoin message because I have replied to him explaining that means he can't prove the account is his so I can't hand it over to him. He was ignoring that and simply repeatedly asking me if there was another way and then ignoring the answer being negative every time. There are many ways to verify the account such as its IP address, location, fun tokens quantity(if he remember), wallet history. If the wallet account is before the Freebitco account, then it becomes even more clear that the account belongs to this person. But you just need an excuse to take advantage of others' money.It isn't written because it is an absolute last resort procedure only used by people who failed to take every other simple step to secure their accounts. It is completely unimportant to the vast majority of people because only 0.00001% of them will ever need it.

People use 2fa to protect their account in the event of their email account getting hacked. Anyone who has hacked their email will have access to the confirmation emails we sent after each deposit and withdrawal and likely the same information from any exchange they used. They have a right to expect me to protect their account from that hacker by not resetting their 2fa just because someone asks me to. Instead, I need absolute proof in the form of a Bitcoin signed message because that's the only proof that can't be faked.
Not everyone only few people use 2fa especially when website/company force us to do this. strong password is enough for securing our account

He is not ignoring. language barrier and broken translators makes it difficult to understand and write many things. by the way If btc address ownership is so important don't you think we should know? It is not mentioned anywhere in the site. we would have used the official wallet not the exchange wallet.
