KuCoin is really by far one of the best exchange.
I actually wish that more instruments were available on this exchange.

Because of the bad press, I just withdraw my TFL (40k+) from KuCoin wallet just to see if they have any unusual delay....
And I got my funds in less than 5 minutes (as usual).

Seriously I wouldn't worry too much about this exchange.

I will leave for now my KCS on their wallet to enjoy the daily KCS Bonus.

Regarding Registration, you should make two separate buttons "Sign-in" and "Register"
Right now it's one unique "Sign In / Up" button on the top, and if you already have an account you need to make two clicks:

1 - Click "Sign In / Up" button
2 - then on the modal click again "Sign In"

Many time I end up typing my user & password in the "Create your account"  section and then have to type it again when I realize my mistake, not really "User-Friendly" in my opinion.

But when it comes to the actual game Chain's Code, the User Experience is simply awesome, it's by far your most addictive and the most fun game today.

Update: I finally got my Cryptocurrency in BTC (not in ETH) after exactly 3 Days and 5 Hours.....
My plan was to convert back to USD and ultimately I was able to get 2k more than what I was expecting to get 3 days ago.

I feel extremely lucky, and it's very unlikely that I will trade again on HitBTC, or at least not until they allow me to put my own transaction fee to high to avoid such situation.

Update: They issue a Transaction ID for the BTC Withdraw Requesdt:

But this TX have been pending for 12 Hours now (Transaction Fee: 138.135 sat/B)
I was able to make withdraw from KuCoin without any problem last hour.

So clearly, they are buying time or something ...

Same story for me :

- They cancelled the ETH Transaction after 48 Hours
- They make big warning that ETH can take up to 4 weeks
- Forcing me to convert all my ETH to BTC so I can withdraw from BTC "without warning"
- To finally request BTC Withdraw more than 2 hours ago that is still ..... not processed

When I first request my ETH I was supposed to get 32,000 USD
Now I have BTC worth 30,525 USD

And if BTC go down, I'm screwed even more.... thanks HitBTC !
