I've seen many cases of their selective scam... The only ones that actually got their cases resolved (AFAIK) were the ones that generated massive attention... Private e-mail, pm, telegram,... might not do the trick.

BC is is totally scams,
I never suggest any others to signup there, because they close my account without any reasons: i have invited lots of players, they closed account without any notice.
If you play and loss your account will be stay active if you win they will close your account after few months and give you some terms of copy paste.

I'm a promoter and lost over 2500 referrals in 2 steps:
1) My first account was very strong with over 2000 referrals...unfortunately i have created a second account without checking carefully their rules! So they banned me! I was also lv 45 or more and my host manager said me to send KYC verification in order to confirm my identity and recover my referrals! They never replied! And it's ok, was MY FAULT!
2) On March 2022 I have created another account, not for playing, just for referral commissions! After a couple of months and over 500 referrals they also blocked this account! I sent many emails and tried to solve with support team... i'm still here waiting for a reply!
What I have learned?
IF YOU WITHDRAW MORE THAN HOW MUCH YOU HAVE DEPOSITED, THEY TRY THEIR BEST TO KEEP YOU PLAYING....
IF YOU ARE A PROMOTER, NEED TO CHECK CAREFULLY YOU REFERRALS AND HOPE THEY PLAY MORE THAN HOW MUCH THEY GET FROM THE FREE WHELL...
Casinos are money making machines, but bc.game is the most shady i have tested...also the PROVABLY FAIR system isn't 100% provably!
EXAMPLE: If you want to change seeds, they don't allow you change server seed or client seed separately! In this way the casino can easly cheat you by chose the most profitable server seed!
Please get informed about "how provably fair system works" and stop giveaway your coins in low trust casinos!

And again, an unfortunate thing happened to me on this site. I just tried to withdraw funds, but it couldn't be withdrawn (the reason is as shown on the link above). Not blaming anyone, just thinking maybe it's my fault, because I didn't read the rules and regulations. I am currently waiting for a reply from customer service to ask for an explanation.
Do not play here bro you will lose everything with a simple bugs but you will never know how.

Try deleting telegram...and reinventing a profile that matches this particular login. .then connect the bc bot properly. Making absolutely sure..all emails are aligned.. and use a vpn on all setup..till you get in. You have more than one account if it tells you that..also...use a device you have never used before..that has never touched the site before...that should work easily..(new device that is)

How to told it is eth or something else? The address is themselves and told to send the address via email to proof the ownership. It is their address and they know it is ethereum adress. It is common sense that there is communication on whatsapp as well as email then why they rely on telegram. Also, why they will send something which is not sent as well as which is not ordered?
How did you connect with them? why you share all your information via telegram when you are speaking via email?

4. User not click a link of telegram at our website , He searched for our name on Telegram, he found a fraudster account.
5. The client has given all the details to fraudsters.
6. The fraudsters came back to us, providing us with all details, asking eth. Instead of DOGE.
7. We asked the scammer to send the eth address to our e-mail from the e-mail in the request in order to make sure that he is the owner of the request and he did that.. so we sent the eth

Your mistake is you didn't verify anything before sending the eth. he request for exchange DOGE but you send him eth? without verifying him?
1. Share the info where did he write you that sends him eth?
2. How did you verify that he is the owner of that transaction?
3. How could you send just eth without any verification?
In the email just an address? there is nothing I can see that you verify it's him?
You should email back to him to confirm that is his address is correct? you nothing did just send the eth. HOW COULD YOU DO THAT?
