Yes they are provably fair. Freebitco.in is mainly a bitcoin faucet. But after playing free hourly role they gives a pop-up message like that "You can multiply your bitcoins up to 4,750 times and win free lottery tickets and reward points by playing our provably fair HI-LO game!" Seeing the message new user try their gambling system.At first they won little btc at multiply game and become addicted to it. Then they started losing their btc and deposit there and loss more btc in multiply game.
When they understand that they have loss huge btc this is too late.

You said that they don't cheat with my .1 btc. But remember that there are more then 4 million user in this faucet. If 1 million user loss .1 btc than calculate that it's totally huge amount. I also heard that a user lose more then 8 bitcoin in a day and that is true. Actually they don't cheat with us, they are making us fool.

You shouldn't give the reward to them who won the big amounts. You should give it to them who lose much.
