After contacting Razer on twitter, i managed to get paid. He confirmed that there was no reason for my account to be flagged. Thankfully, all good now, but it's important to note that we should not be in this place from the beggining. Anyways, thank you all for your responses and your advices. Good Luck!!!

Nope, nothing similar to these. I did not use any kind of strategies to gain advantage. Dont forget that the reason they dont pay me is because according to them they have indications for multiple accounts, nothing wrong with my bets etc.

What makes me wonder is that they keep asking me to list accounts. I guess they want me to fall into their trap. It's like they keep questioning for me to say anything stupid so they can close the case and say look he admitted that he has multiple accounts. I wont do that cause i am not stupid, but am i crazy thinking like that?

It does not make sense for a company to risk their reputation for such an amount, i totally agree with you, but their communication is really unprofessional. You cant ask a customer to provide a list with linked accounts, you cant ask a customer his thought proccess. I hope to get my funds, but i would never recommend anyone to ever deposit his money to them. They are such an unreliable site, at least from my experience. Lets see

To be honest i dont know much about them, especially before registering to them which was a mistake, but who knew. I know for a fact though that when you google Rollbit scam and you find so many similar occasions with mine, something is fishy there.

Hey Thanks for your response. i have already informed Rollbit that there is 0% chance that i have used someone else's device or my own devices have been used by someone else, cause i live by my own. I registered and placed bets only using my desktop, my wifi is not flagged, noone else ever came at my house is a customer of Rollbit. i can guarantee you that. So devices, multiple accounts and ip are out of question.

Regarding the question about the thinking behind my bets, this is really weird and of course there is no way i can prove why i bet this outcome or what i thought etc. that question is really aimless.

On 20th of April i registered to Rollbit. Firstly, i made a 100 usdt deposit and later that day since the site and product seemed cool, deposited 2000 usdt more. I am a sports fan so i use to bet on sports that i am watching, such as nba, euroleague or football live games. I managed to win a pretty good amount. My balance at the time of writing is 9379$

While placing bets, i did try to withdraw some money, but i could not. At first, a message popped up saying that the function was temporary suspended. I contacted the live chat, but they said that they need 24 hours to raise to their team and get back to me with an answer. This 24 hours i kept placing bets and won more money.

Next day i tried again to withdraw but still could not. I contacted the live chat again. Important to note, that earlier that day  i completed all the required steps of verification, cause they did not let me acess the sportsbook section.

 Started with simple ones, as to provide details of residence, tel number, id/passport documents etc. They also asked me to use an app in order to send them a selfie, or rotate my head left and right, asking me to smile etc, in order to see if i am a real person.

After completing that, as i said before i contacted the live chat again to check why i could not withdraw money. This time they told me that they have indications that i use other accounts on their site, asking me how i manage to win and if i used an external source. They also asked me why they found other accounts linked to my devices.

 Without a doubt all of these accusations are totally false. I have never used any other account on their site, noone else ever bet from my devices or never even logged in. Tbh this could never happen cause i live on my own and i dont have friends gambling.

 At first i was not in panic and tried to explain to them that they are making a mistake and i asked them what links they have identified and with which accounts but of course they would not provide more information.

Later though, i did a research online regarding rollbit, and i found that this is common tactic from them.

 Messages like, "list other accounts", "links with other devices" "multiplce accounts" etc are commonly used in order to scamm people and never pay them. They will not pay me unless i provide the other accounts that they have identified links with, but i cant do that cause there are no other accounts, it's a lie.

Is there anyone here able to help me or guide me in order to get my funds?
