Re: Bitstarz stealing money again and accuse people of being criminal....

$200 isn't all that much in my eyes when it comes to gambling on casinos and it was made over multiple deposits not just at one go, my max single deposit was $50, i don't play with big money i only play because i enjoy playing the slots and live games for fun, i never expect to win anything Smiley
I have been playing since 1997 and it has only been fun up to this point, so one bad apple in the bunch isn't bad, ill count my self as lucky for not running into more bitstarz like casinos, in my country we are a lot more protected if we play on casinos with danish license witch i will be doing from now on, staying clear from all other casinos.

So it is okay if you made multiple deposits for playing gambling because I thought that you deposit in one big amount. That is great if you can enjoy the games and still realize that gambling is for fun because many of us cannot realize that. We can play gambling anytime if we can handle our emotion without a problem so we don't get too much tension in gambling.

Its always only been for the fun for me, but your right everyone does need to think about gambling even more now when it's inside our homes just a click away, makes it a lot easier to lose control over it and harder to stop since you can't just walk away so easy when its right at home in front of ya.

Bitstarz won't ruin my fun either it is just a win, after all, it was a big one but still, it's not money I've lost out of my own pocket, ofc it would have been really nice to get those 4k but it's not money I've ever had so it's easier to forget about it and move on to the next casino and keep warning people about bitstarz.

At this moment, we have times at our homes, so we can use the times for anything we want. But that doesn't mean we can play gambling all day long because we need to have to do something, and that will worth for us if we do that thing. Playing gambling at homes will always give another fun thing for us because we can play games while we can listen to music. We need to control our time in gambling, so that doesn't make us spend much time in gambling. I hope you can find the other gambling site which will give you another fun and excitement to you so you can enjoy the games than in the previous site.

I got plenty of casinos I can trust, those that have a danish license are fine and all trustworthy, the only reason I am looking for one outside our borders is bc of the danish license funny enough...but some games cant be played here like dreamcatcher or monopoly live and other live games, but I am sure ill be able to find a trustworthy site soon enough, I am in no rush though, and this time i will be doing a lot more research before trusting another casino with a dime of my money.

If you want to reach something with Curaçao eGaming, then I have to disappoint you. They will not take proper action, because they are also responsible as Master license holder. They are not interested in these kind of situations of course. There are Trust (not trusted) companies who help to set up the best construction. It is in their best interest that everything goes smooth. They are not waiting for people who complain. Even starting cases in court is not going to work. I know people who tried this, make claims against bookmakers and the courts case was extended more than 10 times, and as we speak no result after all.

In a way i reached something already, if Curaçao is saying bitstarz doesn't have a license with them that's putting bitstarz in an even worse light for players and ill be happy to share that with everyone, giving people yet another reason to stay way clear of this casino.

Well in short, that's what gambling is about. Afford only what is ok to be lost. How much money did you deposit?

No much a total of 200 or so, last deposit was 30$ i belive so didn't lose much of my own money which is good, won't be trying to email them anymore either when they don't even have a gaming license that shows a pretty clear picture that they do whatever they want.

I know iam making a double post but this deserves a post on it own, i contacted the Curaçao eGaming and here's the response from them.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for contacting Curaçao eGaming.

Curaçao eGaming has no connection with that site and therefore
any references made to Curaçao eGaming as one of the Master License holders
are false and misleading.

Best Regards,
Curaçao eGaming"

Haven't you check the legitimacy of that site before you played?as you are claiming to be long time gambler since experience is the most important thing to this?

we have seen many Sites from the past that has issues and being denied by players?
i hate to say this but you are careless in this matter so expect this to happen.

Hope this will never to you again as  your gambling habit will continue without accepting this claims of yours.

Well i thought i had checked the casino out, it was the top rated and trusted casino on the askgamblers website, and askgamblers did have high review on trustpilot as well, but that site is a scam site as well

^ Kinda off-topic but due to the respect of yours I have a small correction with it regards your posting style. This is friendly advice and I hope you will not be offended. Multiple replies/posts in one row will result from spamming the thread. You can reply at once in all together in one reply and I think you have enough to fix it.
Back to your topic, Upon I have researched, I must say, stay away from this gambling platform and I think you will start to move on now and avoid this in the future.

Not offended at all i see what you mean and i fixed my post so there's no longer two posts in a row from me.

And yeah i did learn my lesson might have been the hard way, but won't stop me from enjoying gambling just need to be more aware and lookup casinos on forums and such before making any deposits.

Not that i think it helps against a scam casino, but I've sent them another mail with documents showing my rent payment with address, and one from the bank with my name showing it's me paying the rent, also sent them a picture of the danish yellow pages that shows my name and only my name when you make a search on my address, its worth a try.

I wonder how much money you deposited on Bitstarz that ended you having a profit of 4000.
It is so sad to hear that you made a huge deposit when there are so many proof that this casino has a negative reputation.
I hope that you are going to get your money back in the end.

Not all that much, I am only on pensions so don't have a great deal to play for, i made properly 6-7 deposits from around 20-30$ maybe, my last deposit was 30$ i belive where i won a little on some slots then i tried monopoly live where i put 3$ on 4 rolls, and got extremely lucky on first spin, wheel hit chance 10x then 4xrolls paid 1460x my bet, biggest win I've ever had, just sadly in the wrong casino, at least i did have some fun the night playing for hours before i made the withdrawal that got my account closed.

I didn't know about it before, but i looked them up on forums after all this mess started that's why i said "again" since i found out it clearly wasn't there first time stealing money from people, as i said earlier i only picked this casino bc it was the top casino on askgamblers, and i had no idea askgamblers was a scam site as well either...so yeah I've learned a lot last few days.
Well sorry for your lost this is a perfect example of why we need to do some research before putting up some money on a gambling or even investment sites.
Good thing you found this site and you could now look for a good gambling sites that you could play on and please do some research before depositing some money to their site.
If you aren't so sure about the site and it doesn't have enough info you could always ask the forum about it and the members would surely give you some feed backs about what they would find on the site.

Yeah you can be sure i will be looking up any future sites I am going to play on, and use forums like this to ask around and check for casino histories.

I guess I've been lucky so far, its the first scam casino I've ran into since i started in 1997 with online gambling but lesson learned.

Just for clarification, you just used your son's email to reply right? And for the BitStarz account, you only have one registered on your IP? How come they say you broke the rule of welcome bonus more than once?

How much is your deposit? If you can afford to lose that, maybe you just need to move on. What matters here is, you post your experience to warn others. Sorry for your loss.

Yes I only used my sons email to reply, using one of he's old laptops and the windows live program is set up with sending out with he's email I do receive all mails on my own email though.

Luckily I didn't get to deposit much on that site, i only made around 200$ in deposits total, last deposit was 30$ i think, where i was lucky enough to win on monopoly live witch got me up to 4380$ that would have been really nice to get since its about what i get from 3 months in pensions so yeah that is a lot of money to me, but on the bright side i didn't lose much at this casino.

And yes that's the main reason I am making posts around the web to warn others so they don't run into the same thing.

That means you only have 1 single account on Bitstarz so we should now remove the IP issue here since the welcome bonus doesn't abuse as well but the site support still insists on the IP issue, right? Well then as you also mentioned after you offer them lots of options to prove that you are the only one who speaks to them, even doing a video call, they didn't bother now to reply to you and almost closed the ticket. Unprofessionally in my case.

My response here is solely based on how I look and understand the story. Don't like to be one-sided as we need Bitstarz's own response about this although, as I said, the site reputation doesn't seem to be good overall and honestly. Aside from that, I don't like the way their support is talking to you.

You have 2 options:

a) Continue to talk them nicely even how annoyed you are until your patience level reached its critical level
b) Accept that you are now unable to get that amount and move on

Yes i only have a single account with Bitstarz, my son had one with them as well but he closed it permanently before he ran into any issues with them so that's something at least, and no i haven't done any bonus abuse the winnings i got was after multiple deposits with no bonus at all as well, which i don't think any bonus hunters would do, i did receive the welcome bonus but don't see why that should be a problem.

I would continue to talk with them but right now its a one-way street where they don't want to reply on my emails, and I am not sure what else i can offer them, they already have proof of address that shows I am the one living here, i send them a picture of my drivers license and offered to do a video call to remove any doubts to who i am, and all is just getting ignored.

So yeah i have accepted the fact that i properly won't ever see a dime of my winnings, now i just want to warn others and hope people see posts like this before they go visit the casino as i did.

My side on this was on Bitstarz even though they have tons of things they are doing here to make their reputation down from this forum site, anyway, Bitstarz has said they can talk to you in the Danish language so why not go with that offer and trying to make the situation even worst by using your own son in a thing that is a gambling site, surely Bitstarz has seen through you that is why they surely don't trust you with this conversation and actually I don't trust you as well that you really are Poul Madsen an 80-year-old that is playing online casino but can not make his own email conversation with Bitstarz sorry but this is the thing I see with your problem Mr. Michael Madsen.

If you did read all the text I know there's a lot I did offer them to call me in danish right after he said they got danish speaking people, I even offered him to do a video call so he could see for him self who I am and it really is me he's talking to, but that offer got ignored.

i don't speak English I can read some and most I use translator for, same when typing in here I got a program on my browser that helps with spelling, if you belive me or not doesn't really matter much, i offered a video call so he could see me and see that i am the 78 years old man i claim to be, not 80...

Bitstarz stealing money again and accuse people of being criminal....

I made an account with them a few days ago and got lucky enough to win over 4000$ on monopoly live, so i tried to make a withdrawal and went through all the normal sending documents and so on, all my documents got approved with no issues.

Then i get a mail that a manager wants to call me to verify it all witch is fine, but since i dont speak english i told them to call on my sons phone number since hes good at english and this is when it started to go crazy.

They accused me for not being me but my son who dosent even live here anymore, might be easyere to show all the mails from them so you get the idea.

"Hi Poul,

My name is Olle and I'm one of the managers at BitStarz.

Regarding your pending withdrawal, I just wanted to verify
your details over the phone. If you could provide your phone
number and a suitable time for you to have a call, that would be great.

Warm regards,
 Olle

Thats a first never had that happen where you need a call to someone for a withdrawhal? and ive played alot of casinos from back where i started in 1997...

But in any case i hope you can speak Danish because i dont speak any english my son does everything that has anything to do with english.

You can call any time from 14:00 to 03:00 CEST on my sons phone witch is +45 51xxxx02

Regards
Poul Madsen.

Hi there,

Why do I need to call your sons phone?
And no problem, we can speak Danish here so that's no issue.

Olle

Great then there wont be any issues, most casinos dont have Danish speaking people thats why i said use sons phone number since he can understand and speak english.

Your welcome to call on +45 51xxxx03 witch is my number, aslong as its in Danish it will be fine, you can call at any time between 14:00 and 22:00 CEST.

Regards
Poul Madsen.

You're also using your sons email to reply to me. You also said "that's why I use my son's phone" but it's actually the son replying
to me right now Smiley

You can also spare me the charade and just tell me how it really is Smiley

Olle

First i never said i use my sons phone? i said you could call on my sons phone bc i dont speak english, and i dont really know what email iam using i dident set that up my son did that for me.

I dont really understand what the problem is? or what charade you think is going on?

Poul

Hi there,

Did you notice what email address you're sending from? You're sending emails from Michael's email. Hence I'm speaking to Michael now and not Poul. I'm too old for BS like this, and especially from someone old enough to clearly know better than to use his 80-year-old dad's details to play online.

Besides that being against the rules, it's also a crime to use someone else's details and pretend to be someone else online. So please cut this out.

On top of breaking that rule, the rule of using the welcome bonus more than once on the same IP has been broken too.

So. Do you wanna tell me the truth?

Olle

What is this? my son dosent even live here anymore he did set up the email for me years ago and i have no idea how he set that up, i dont even get official letters online bc iam exempt from eletronic mails, like i said i dont know about that stuff.

Your more then welcome to call me and talk to me but, this is getting crazy never have i been treated like this from a casino, iam playing in good faith making deposits without bonuses as well and your more then happy to take my money, then when people win you try to claim the customer is cheating? ive been playing online since 1997 stating at inter casino and roxypalace iam not new to casinos but happy to say this is the first time a casino has tried to bully me like this, my son dosent play for me? why on earth would he.....

I have talked to my son and its true he had an account with your casino that he closed permanently last year, but still dont see what that has to do with me?

Regards
Poul Madsen."

Dude,

This is the email that you used on your account at BitStarz, Michael.
You're not fooling me. Your account is closed based on multiple welcome packages taken on the same IP.

In my last mail i told him yet again they can call me to clear this up and see iam not Michael but they dont care about that apprently, i took over this appartment from my son thats true and i got proof of all this, the last bill of rent shows one name mine poul....

This is just getting crazy they accuse me for being a criminal using someone elses cards, witch i clearly dont i play my self and have been for many many years, my son does help me with things and he did used to live here witch is why mails are the same, i dont know how to change that but dont see why it should be an issue either.

So they have pretty much stolen my win of 4380$ witch is one of the biggest win ive ever had, just sad it had to happen at a casino that dosent payout winning to customers.

I did tell them they are more then welcome to call me on my phone number and talk to me, i can get my son to come over as well so they can speak to both of us so they can see we are not the same person, witch is clear from the driver licens i sendt to them, but its pretty clear they dont care about any of that but only care about not paying out winnings, i allready sendt proof of address with my name on it so they can see iam the one living here not Michael who used to live here.

So i dont see what else i can do, they clearly dont think iam my self, they dont care that they got proof with drivers licens showing my self and my name or the proof of address that shows my name not michaels, so iam lost here they dont listen to me at all no matter what i show them.

Be warned and dont get anywhere near this casino, its a one way street they take in but never pay out.
