Do I need to email support every time to ask for the free bet referral promo to be credited to my account? I thought it should be automatically credited. The thing is it's hard to track since you can't even see your referrals in your account.

When I talk to chat support, they always ask me to email. Email support normally responds after 12 hours.
That is the only way at the moment. The team is working on a more suitable solution, where you can can automatically track your referrals. While that is being fixed, support will be notified and you should be able to get a much faster response when you inquire.Thanks.
Also support said my referrals should input my affiliate ID and not my user ID for the free bet to be credited automatically, but I cannot seem to find my affiliate ID. Where can I see that?

Any admins of Rollbit here? I'm getting the message "functionality is temporarily restricted for this account" when trying to withdraw. This is the 1st time it happened to me. I was able to withdraw multiple times before. Support chat is not responding and keep saying they will check with a colleague.
I've completed level 3 KYC and already withdrew 30 times before.
I use the same username as here with my Rollbit account.

Have you been using a VPN (free one) to access the casino for any reason? Asking because over the years, alot of gamblers have complained about casinos accusing them of managing multiple accounts where as they only have one account, in the end in the most of this cases, it turned out that the gambler had used, or been using free VPN to access the casino, free VPN are known to come with shared ip address, what this means is that if you access the casino with the ip address assigned to you by a VPN service, and the same VPN service assigns same ip to another gambler who also uses it to access his account on the same casino, the casino's algorithm will automatically assume you both are the same person and will flag both account.Any admins of Rollbit here? If this turns out to be the case, then you have to look for ways to verify that you do not operate multiple accounts, this is if the casino actually did not ban the use of VPN, for if they do or did, you may actually be on the verge of losing your account and the funds in it.
Anyways, trying reaching out to the casinos rep here on this forum, trust he will help sort out the issue in the most amicable way.

No, I do not access it with a VPN. My country is accepted by Rollbit, I don't need a VPN. I also saw some posts here in the forum that had the same problem as me.

I was able to bet and withdraw before, but now I cannot bet and getting an error that I have insufficient balance.

I think Sportsbet has a live support chat on the website and it's very quick to respond have you asked on the live chat?
Usually you have to wait a few hours for an email reply depending on your complaint queue number.
