Risking to sound redundant, though with no ill intention or any attempt to sound condescending, I'll repeat: the investigation is very likely requested by the provider and conducted by the provider. Thus, it is out of Shuffle's hand. Only the provider has an answer on when the investigation finished.

Its has been so long no reply from officials can you mention them to look into this case

Again, just to be very clear, the bets is under review by their game provider, not by them. The speed of the official reply with verdict is not on their hand. I hope you can understand this concept as I can't find any other way to explain it better than I already did.

That said, I am in touch with someone from Shuffle for a matter. I'll get them to look into it to see if the provider already greenlighted the transaction and that good-to-go message accidentally slipped and drowned by other messages. But I believe that's the extent of what I and my contact at Shuffle can do.

Any update you got from shuffle team? Why it’s taking too long time to solve it

Uhh, I think you misunderstand the concept I am proposing here. Far as I know, once an investigation being inquired by the game [or sportsbook] provider, the casino themselves [any casino] can't really determine how long does it take, nor influence the speed of the review further than nudging the provider. So, all we can do here is wait.

Hopefully it will only  take one or two days for the provider to conclude their review.

Still no update from shuffle team even in this tread also why?

Yes bro you can go ahead and inform them I applied second withdrawal after the first is received

I'll suggest you to kindly wait for few more days, and I am somewhat sure the situation will resolve itself, as there is a very huge likelihood that the only and remaining step right now is for the provider to greenlight the withdrawal after they conclude their investigation. I'll nudge Tim by Monday if it's yet to be received.

Monday it will be very late can’t you try now

Ok, if you don't mind to further clarify this added information, you're saying that you made another withdrawal and it got processed and landed into your wallet safely, but the one prior to it [the one being in talk right now] is still stuck in "review"?

No i had around 2200$ in account one 1300$ withdrawal was pending which I received today after 3 days when I applied the remaining amount it again goes in review of 900$ withdrawal I didn’t get any update on mail and chat if they have sent the first they should send the second also

Ehh, sorry if I have to reinquire, but just to be exactly sure we're on the same page, and correct me anywhere I am wrong, the situation goes: you asked for withdrawal, got asked to submit KYC, completed them, you made two withdrawals after the KYC being verified: first one amounted 1,300 USD [of which form the amount and the title of this thread, is the root of this case], and it went through today, second one amounted 900 USD, and it's still in process?

Am I correct so far?

If I am, then it's actually good. The main issue that become the root of this problem has resolved itself by you getting the fund released, I am somewhat sure the second one will follow through, as what happened here is just like what we all guessed: the provider is investigating the fairness of your winnings. If your winnings is fair, just like the first withdrawal, the second one will go through too.

I'll advise to wait for few more days. Little Mouse here has nudged Tim from Shuffle to take a look into the case, but it's safe to assume all we can do is sit and wait for the provider to finish their investigation. I'll nudge Tim myself if you're yet to get the fund come Monday [three working days] to see what's the reason for the delay.

LM, not trying to step on your toe here, but I can take over and take this to my plate if you want, and I'll see it to its end and nudge Shuffle. So that you don't have to trouble yourself with this situation and focus on matters. If that's ok?

Correct me if I am wrong here, but you've actually completed your KYC, both level is verified, and what's under review is your withdrawal request? If that's the case, then Shuffle's hand is also tied. The one reviewing your activity is their gaming provider to ensure that they're won fairly. Only the provider knows how long.

As long as you bet fairly and didn't cheat though, I am sure Shuffle will release the fund once they're greenlighted by their provider.

Yes your right but atleast they should give me update my one withdrawal has been processed but when I applied another still in review even no replies on mails if you mail them now you will get instant reply but not for me

Any chance you can provide evidence backing up your claims, like screenshots of conversations (chat, email, etc) you've had with their support? Anyway, from what I've seen here in the forum, it is not uncommon for casinos to take days to review someone's KYC, so perhaps lengthening your patience a bit more.
I have uploaded brother edited i am new here so don’t know much

[Scam Alert] Shuffle.com withdrawal stuck in review for 2+ days

[Scam Accusation] Shuffle.com – $1300 withdrawal pending, no proper response

Hello everyone,

I want to report a serious issue with Shuffle.com.

I have around $2100 in my account, and I requested a withdrawal of $1300 which has been pending for more than 2 days. The live chat is not replying properly – only an automated bot responds. At first, they asked me for Level 2 verification. I submitted my ID card and then proof of address. Both were successfully completed.

After that, they said the compliance team is “manually reviewing” my withdrawal. The live chat asked me to send an email. I mailed them 2–3 times, but only got 1 reply. Since then, no response at all.

What is strange is that when my friend sends them an email (about a different topic), he gets instant replies, but my withdrawal issue is being completely ignored.

This looks very suspicious and unprofessional. I am sharing this here so other users are aware of the situation. Shuffle.com team – please review my withdrawal request and release my funds immediately.

My Shuffle.com username

Thank you.
