I've opened an X-bank account and I have tried to confirm my phone but instead of an sms with the code I've first got a call where a stupid voice just told me numbers I was not ready to write down, so that I had to try to remember them but didn't manage to, so when I've input the code on x-bank account it was wrong. Later the SMS arrived as well but at this point there was no way to input the code again in the x-bank. If I try to get another code to verify, I just get an "INTERNAL ERROR" message. Not very user friendly.

Seriously? This has to be done manually? Well at least they are paying dividends... That can't be said for the most projects.
This is an info about old dividents, in the past 2 quarters there has been a problem which is now soon going to be overcome so that for 2 quarters there have not been dividends, but next quarter they will start again.

Since I know that there is a long queue of girls anxious to enter the Rasputin Mansion, you should put in the contract the requirement for the girls in engaging in social activities among them when they are not busy in the showroom. The spend too much time hanging around like bags of potatos, without even talking to each others, while viewers would probably get more bound to them if they would see them and could follow them while interacting among them in a more social way.

This project is excellent and unlike so many other ICO funded projects Rasputing has managed to deliver what promised in phase one, which makes phase two totally credible. I'm investing.

All women in the mansion seem really to come from the lowest social level. Over tatooed, over-vulgar and all the time dressed (well, partially dressed) like whores, which they resemble in all aspects. Even though this may turn on a part of the public, that would also cause much of the public to leave very soon. More normally-looking girls and normally dressed girls could add much to the quality of the whole experience. After all you want to call this place "Rasputin Party Mansion" and not "Rasputin Filthy Whorehouse". Why would a woman be dressed like a whore also when she is having breakfast the kitchen?

Totalmente d'accordo con Brunus ed aggiungerei una considerazione a mio avviso importante: il grave problema di cui soffriamo tutti noi nella sfera cripto è un problema umano comune che si chiama "proiezione psicologica". Poiché noi comprendiamo il funzionamento, l'utilità e l'eleganza della tecnologia della blockchain, proeiettiamo questa nostra visione anche sui nostri simili, illudendoci che essi vedano ciò che vediamo noi e capiscano ciò che capiamo noi. Non è così. Forse dovrei scriverlo in modo più intendo: NON E' COSI'. Ed è proprio questa immensa massa di "orbi" tecnologici (magari col bonus aggiunto di una buona dose di analfabetismo funzionale) che un giorno plauderà a gran voce per l'introduzione di rigorose leggi atte a imbrigliare Bitcoin & C.

Aggiungerei però che sarà proprio grazie a questa immensa massa di "orbi" tecnologici e analfabeti funzionali, che un giorno, dopo l'introduzione di leggi, regolamenti e tasse sul Bitcoin & C., sentiremo l'impiegato di turno in banca o alla posta proporre al nonno/a il nuovo e sicuro investimento sul fondo/Etf Crypto, al posto delle obbligazioni o azioni.

Questa sarà forse una buona notizia per noi che abbiamo qualche Bitcoin, ma prevedo catastrofi su catastrofi dal momento in cui gli impiegati di banca iniziaranno a rifilare al vecchietto pensionato "l'ETF sulle crypto emergenti". La crisi del 2008 avvenne proprio quando alcuni di questi derivati del cavolo riifilati dai bancari alle vittime ignare si rivelarono per la spazzatura che erano. L'ironia è che Bitcoin nacque proprio come soluzione ad un sistema finanziario inaffidabile. Quando i soliti noti riuscissero a mettere le mani su Bitcoin e compagnia bella, prevedo dolori.

This question had perhaps sense in April, but now in September it seems that ICOs has totally lost the favor of the public, after too many scam-ICOs and underperforming ICO-related tokens.

I have got a problem with POWH3D - I must have sent an empty transaction from Metamask to the POWH3D contract and as a result all my stakes have disappeared and balance went back to zero. What happened is a mystery.
Nobody from the team is checking this thread? I'd like to understand what has happened and perhaps even how to get my stakes back, if possible. They had a certain value...
I am still hoping to find out what has happened and how my stakes have disappeared. I guess I won't find any answer to that here on Bitcointalk...

Of course in the end what really matters and leads to success if the quality of the project and of the team. However, I believe that the policy of excessive discounts during ICO's will eventually kill the ICO industry, since it favours short time speculations, a phenomenon which in time will keep long term investors away.
At the moment, the discount is due to selling as many tokens as possible and not to burn them.
Well, that is an interesting motivation. My consideration was just more generally referreing to the whole world of ICOs, which have managed to fuck up with their greed - encouraging speculation for the purpose of getting more contribution - an otherwise very promising sector.
Recently i was working on a project related to Altcoin listing on different exchanges. Strange i found out too many new exchanges and people are trading well over there. Don't you guys think there should be limited number of exchanges and regulated ones? (Many new exchanges are nicer too and competitive but there is always a trust issue there specially for new investors). Your thoughts.
This proliferation of exchanges is obvious, since there was a lack of exchanges for all existing coins and the ones which existed were making a lot of money. Now we will have too many exchanges for a while, and only finally we will probably have the right quantity of exchanges, after excesses in both directions.
Il problema della competenza cripto da parte dei commercialisti è serio, visto che quasi nessuno di essi lo è. D'altra parte, in un paese dove fiscalmente vale la presunzione di colpevolezza per il contribuente ed i teoremi arbitrari e fantasiosi di qualche funzionario del fisco sono validi fino a prova contraria, qualsiasi azione da parte di chi voglia incassare dei guadagni da cripto in Italia è una roulette russa. Il mio commercialista mi ha detto che su guadagni da cripto non c'è da pagare nulla in Italia, ma io non mi fido. D'altra parte, visto che sono residente all'estero egli ha anche aggiunto di continuarmene a stare fuori dall'Italia, che a stare in Italia in questo campo si va solo incontro a guai.
Falso che sulle cripto non c'è da pagare nulla, per quanto ne so io ogni entrata anche se crypto dovrebbe essere dichiarata, ma ci sono molti dubbi e incertezze al riguardo. Quello che non mi spiego è il perché è così difficile capire che lADE non ha NESSUN POTERE legislativo e non può obbligare proprio niente senza una legge/norma a riguardo, che disciplini lintera vicenda ..plusvalenze ma anche minisvalenze.
Per curiosità cè qualcuno qui dentro o conoscete qualcuno che è andato da qualche commercialista a chiedere come comportarsi con le minusvalenze? In fondo, chi più chi meno, chi è entrato in questo 2018 e forse anche un poco prima, tutti siamo in negativo.
Siamo su territori inesplorati per ciò che concerne il rapporto fra cripto e fisco - ma il punto nodale è che in Italia vige la presunzione di colpevolezza in materia fiscale, quindi se le cose non sono perfettamente chiare, nero su bianco (e non lo sono), in qualsiasi scenario di confronto col fisco è altamente probabile che si possa finire a prenderselo in quel posto. Quindi, è triste doverlo dire, la semplice parola d'ordine è: evitare il confronto col fisco.

You are right. Up to one and a half years ago in fact the price of tokens after ICOs was typically going up. Unfortunatelly, this year the opposite is true, so the odds are not good by default.
Yes, this year is not easy, but this does not mean that nothing needs to be done. Winhab team is very experienced, and even if the token falls in price - they will not stop and will not stop doing their work. And eventually the price will go up, I'm sure

Scusate casco dal pero, sto recuperando una 70ina di pagine arretrate che sto leggendo.
Mi sembra di capire che la risoluzione nr.72/e del 02/09/2016 è stata "sovrascritta" quindi i privati che trasferiscono da exchange a una banca italiana, una cifra in euro superiore a 51k son tenuti a pagare il capital gain mentre sotto si è esenti, giusto?
Tralasciando la % giusta o meno, dopo a regola si può dormire sonni tranquilli o serve/ sarebbe meglio avere pure uno storico degli ultimi 7-8 anni del mondo crypto?

Come estrema (mia) sintesi:
le novità le trovi riportate in questo thread dal Marzo 2018 in avanti (puoi quindi anche saltare le pagine precedenti) dove vengono riportate le considerazioni sulla risposta AdE ad un interpello di quel periodo. Tali considerazioni sono state fatte con riferimento a quella risposta che però - come saprai - in quanto risposta ad interpello non è vincolante per nessuno.
Morale: non essendoci ad oggi leggi specifiche sulle cripto si continua ad andare ad interpretazione, chi si comporta in un modo chi in un altro. L'unica convergenza sembra essere sul fatto che si debba pagare il 26% sulle eventuali plus, ma già sul metodo di calcolo ci sono parecchi distinguo.
Quindi: fatti un'idea tua e poi parlane con un professionista che possa seguirti avendo l'accortezza di "capire" se quel professionista sia competente anche sul fronte cripto.

Perché dico "in teoria"? Perché mi risulta che per esempio Danimarca e Svizzera in Europa non tassino il capital gain e di conseguenza i guadagni ricavati da speculazioni su Bitcoin & C. - la qual cosa da questa mappa non risulta. Può darsi che non sia aggiornata.

C'è ancora molta strada da percorrere, e probabilmente le crypto moriranno quando Facebook o Google lanceranno Fbcoin o Googcoin, convincendo il pubblico che quelle sono le crypto vere e sicure (con buona pace della decentralizzazione)

Secondo me su questo ti sbagli di grosso. Bitcoin nasce ed ha successo esattamente perché è slegato da qualsiasi persona giuridica. Se Bitmain facesse il bitmaincoin, chi lo utilizzerebbe?
Mi sembra che stiamo confondendo gli utenti del forum con il pubblico: voi credete davvero che la gente "normale" sia in grado di capire i concetti di centralizzazione/decentralizzazione? Siamo seri!
Il pubblico semiinformato (non parlo della casalinga di Voghera, parlo dell'avvocato, del professore, del commerciante, ecc) ha sentito/letto qualcosa a proposito di questa strana cosa da ragazzini, ha sentito/letto che si possono fare dei soldi ma che si possono anche perdere, che è instabile, che è un gioco, che è una truffa, che è il futuro, insomma tutta la panoplia di chiacchiere da bar che circolano al proposito.
Quelli che hanno capito qualcosina, sono comunque spaventati dalla mancanza di autorità: "a chi mi rivolgo se mi fregano?"

Parole sante. Un paio di precisazioni: C'è gente che si informa con la tv, ma la maggior parte di essi non guarda neppure i telegiornali. I concetti di centralizzazione/decentralizzazione sono probabilmente comprensibili allo 0,1% della popolazione. Non dimentichiamo che oltre il 50% è secondo stime ufficiali un analfabeta funzionale, cioè non capisce propriamente neppure concetti semplici, figuriamoci il concetto centralizzazione/decentralizzazione, per non parlare di capire come si usa un wallet di Bitcoin. Ora il mondo crypto è il Far West, così come lo era l'Internet dei primi giorni. Avete visto come è andata a finire con Internet. Le corporation hanno preso tutto. Accadrà anche con le criptomonete.
