To all monero users, I apologize for the repeated issue, as you may have realized monero node is somewhat unstable in comparison to BTC, BCH, and BTG currency. We are trying to keep the node up but sometime we encounter new issue. I guarantee that at the end you'll receive your coin but if you encounter issue, please be patient.

All monero deposit and withdrawal should have worked normally in the last 2 - 3 days, I checked this myself, please let me know if you still have any XMR related issue.

While we are supporting BTG withdrawal, currently we have no future plan to support BTG as a dice currency. Either the node is stopped, breaking update, or network problem, currently we encounter another Monero issue and I'm currently working on this matter. Yes we are back up again. I'm sorry that this happened right after the last maintenance. It appears that one of our server network went down, it's been fixed now, all features are up and I'll be monitoring for a while.

BCH deposit went down recently due to new breaking BCH version that is incompatible with our node. There wasn't any error message from the node so I thought it was a false alarm or temporary network issue. I noticed it can't receive new block update but it was a bit late. I quickly have the node updated, but some old deposits were skipped because the downtime was too long. I admit I made a big mistake.

Now, I have re-update the node and fixed the issue. Every BCH deposits should have been processed by now. Just in case anyone still have any BCH problem, please email me on support@safedice.com / safedice@protonmail.com.

In addition, as an apology for the long waiting, I have added 0.01 BCH deposit bonus to every account that deposited 0.01 BCH or more during our downtime period.

I want to confirm that SafeDice will capture your investment balance by the time of Bitcoin Gold fork and will credit you with 1:1 BTG balance. A withdrawal only section will be opened (it may take some time as I'll need time to calculate and see if everything is stable) and you'll be able to withdraw your BTG directly.

Hello all, my apologies there were some problem with our monero node ( btc and bch run smoothly ). While all connection on SD server is doing fine, the node does not seems to respond. Usually this occurs when there is an update on monero side (they do this frequently).
