"Thank you" for BTC->ETH service.



I am getting this error veeeery often.

Hello guys,

I made 5 seperate transactions through Shapeshift.io last week (5 days ago) All transactions were for Bitcoin to Litecoin.
All my transactions were worth around $1600 combined.

I have checked on blockchain and they have received my Bitcoins with many confirmations. But they have not sent me my Litecoins.
I have contacted support and they said the Bitcoins took too long to confirm. And as such would refund me, which is unacceptable because they have my coins and i want Litecoins (which have increased in price since). On top of that, they have not replied to any of my emails/tickets in the last 3 days.

At the moment i am clearly being scammed.

A) I have no Bitcoins or Litecoins.
B) I am being ignored by their support staff.


I will continue to email their support team, but its clear Shapeshift.io are incapable of fulfilling orders! For God's sake it has nearly been a whole week.

Shapeshift the one instant coin exchange that should be use by peoples now, because it's better than using exchanger which requires you to wait for pending orders. Really happy to use it and I hope next the Developer will add more altcoins to exchange. I see many coins in exchangers have been add but useless and only pending order list. Like victorious coin, it has many users but they can't buy/sell/spend it because of this condition.

Well, I used your service today and I am very impressed. Thank you for allowing me to easily convert btc into doge, this is the first time I had doge coins and thought I would go and see what I could do with them. Hello, I've used the service dozens of times, never an issue, but yesterday I sent about $800 in Maid for Monero. Was sent on time, got a very cryptic "Failed" error.
Now it's been 8 hours and I haven't received Maid nor Monero.
Created a ticket yesterday, I know it's Saturday, but could you take a look soon?

What kinda service do you run?
I've opened 3 different BTC -> ETH transactions and sent bitcoins to these 3 deposit addresses in one tx. And only one of my transaction confirmed  & I got ETH for it.
2 others are still waiting...

You should really consider my scenario and check the deposits properly. I've been waiting for at least 3 hours since my deposit confirmed...
