I don't even remember how many times China banned Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in the past. They are banning Bitcoin again and again. To be honest, I thought China would start adopting Bitcoin since the trade war started between China and the USA. But these stupid people started working on banning crypto again and again. I am curious when they unban crypto after banning it. Why do they have to ban again while the previous ban wasn't lifted? 

I am not a dev, so I don't know what the problem could be. But if I am not wrong, I think the process is automatic, and sometimes their server does not work. I think it is something called cron jobs, which is not done properly, or their servers going down from time to time, which may cause the issue. The problem is, they are not fixing those issues even though it has been there for years.

There was a time when people used to even buy/sell Bitcointalk accounts, and that is allowed by the forum rules, and the community had nothing against it. However, I think the community changed after the Bitcointalk database hack. The number of scams increased using purchased accounts, and then the community decided not to buy/sell accounts anymore. Also, the lenders stopped accepting account credentials as valid collateral. I think I have seen a thread before where someone said that even a moderator of this forum was buying/selling accounts back then.

I think I agree with holydarkness. It won't be wise to help OP get his account unlocked, as he might end up betting more out of anger and then come up with another complaint like BC game lifted his ban etc etc, which is why he lost again. I think we found one already. Spinly.io is one of them. According to the screenshot iv4n shared, his deposit and bonus were 0.6 SOL, and he had to wager 54.77 SOL, which is 90x of that amount. This is insane, to be honest. Probably Bitinity saw the same rules in other casinos as well, as he is more active in gambling than some of us. I am not regular, though.

In this case, I would ask Spinly.io to lower the wagering requirement for the deposit and the deposit bonus as well. The 45x wagering requirement on the bonus is enough already. You don't have to impose a 45x massive wagering requirement on the deposit just because someone took the deposit bonus. You have to be competitive to grow in the market.
