Re: Shuffle.com — Blocking Withdrawals after Legitimate Win

Not true. I would have supported the flag myself (waiting for shuffle's reply as many). Now I know as a matter of fact that reputed members will reconsider their actions in the light of new facts. I am going to oppose the flag. We act as per the info we have at the hand.

People come to this forum with their complaints for a reason and DT members (or any members for that matter) can help a lot sometimes. Prestige of this section is because we act in the light of facts.

I love to be proven wrong. It is a fact that people don't always check the flags that they support. Some cases were solved a long time ago, but some people have not removed the negative feedback from their profiles. I believe there are some cases that are not valid anymore, yet those people have negative feedback on their profiles. I talked about Betfury a few weeks ago, and if I am not wrong, the negative feedback on their profile still remains.

This is a new site and they have many shortcomings here. From what I have seen and experienced, their withdrawal is manual which takes a long time to receive the withdrawal, many times I have waited more than 10 hours for the withdrawal myself. And they do not have live chat, this is also a problem, on the other hand, their in-house games probably do not have fair play technology, although I did not notice it properly, but I played dice there and was able to withdraw from $30 to $62, so I think they are not cheating the games, but I have not used this platform for a long time, I only gambled one day.

Yeah, manual withdrawal is a problem here. Most gamblers prefer automatic withdrawal when playing at a crypto casino. The live chat is also important for casinos, especially when their withdrawals are manual. Once a player requests a withdrawal and it's pending, the player will try to reach casino support. If there is no live support, the player will be frustrated about his withdrawal.

If we want to play at a new casino, we have to consider many things. It might not have everything we expect from a casino. So, people should check carefully before they consider playing at a new casino.

btw, if I’m not mistaken, the last time I visited their casino I remember seeing that they had an original game. But I just checked and it seems they have removed it! Why would they do that?

Probably because of what you already mentioned in your post. There is a possibility that those games come with bugs and glitches. Since they bought the script, and I assume they installed it themselves without hiring a professional coder, they are unable to fix those bugs and glitches, which is why they had to remove those games. I am not sure; I am just telling what I think. But there might be other reasons.

You can start with a ready-made script to save some money. But you need developers who can fix all the bugs and ensure your website runs smoothly. There is a possibility the casino would collaps within a few months if they do not have a experienced developer.

Re: Is there any way to track stolen Asic miners.
by

on 08/09/2025, 00:39:04 UTC
I don't know if pools are scanning the details of the miner, including the serial number, but that's the only way to know if the miner is yours.

If the owner knows the serial number, maybe the pool can provide the home IP address of the robber when the unit becomes online again.
Since before they can change the pool and username, they need to run it first and access it via the miner's IP; it would connect first to the pool.

However, having the home IP of the robber won't still guarantee that you can find them, but you can check that IP to see what ISP it use so that you can request from that internet provider who owns that IP.
Once you know who he is with his home address, you can call the police for help.

Do you think the pool would help a guy get his ASICS back? I am not sure if the pool scans the serial number of the ASICS. Even if it does, how would the owner know the name of the pool where his ASICS is currently mining, given there are hundreds of pools? I think the victim has to file a case first, mention the serial number, and send emails to all the pools with the attachment and request them to check if there are any ASICS online with the serial number. Since we don't know if the pool actually scans the serial number, we are unsure if OP could help his friend.

gave sunfire a spin today: ui is snappy, dice/keno run smooth. big misses for me: no btc and no on-site live chat. also pls show provably fair (server seed hash + client seed), include txid on withdrawals, and let us opt out of auto bonus

I think you didn't check properly. According to their post in this thread, they added Bitcoin on June 27, so you must be mistaken. They do not have a live chat option - this is a downside. I cannot tell anything about Provably fair yet because I haven't checked it. Yep, you made some good suggestions, and they should work on it. If the casino automatically applies bonuses, the player should be able to cancel the bonus. Did it happen when you made your first deposit? Or does it happen every time? I think none of the casino would give bonuses on every deposit.

Welcome to the forum, you launched ANN perfectly, nice and neat design, but I don't like the design of your casino, because it is very similar to bitroll, it would be better if you could redesign your casino, this kind of appearance is quite questionable, but it is not a must, you can use it but you need to know that to attract users, your casino must be user friendly

thank you for your feed back Smiley we will deffinitly be working on new designs in the near future .

Welcome to the forum!
I have just criticized Bitroll for using the stock UI of the script, which comes with the script from CodeCanyon. I think it would be fair to do the same here. I don't understand why the casinos start their business without changing their UI design, as it's pretty obvious that hundreds of casinos would use the same UI since the script is available on codecanyon at a very cheap price.

But I see that you guys worked on it a little bit, and the announcement thread looks good. The first thing I would ask for is that you please change the UI because the high rollers won't dare make a deposit knowing you are using a $300 script to run your business, even though I know it costs you thousands of dollars to come here.

Re: Spinly.io 🎰✨ - Next-gen Crypto iGaming Platform 🚀💸

Business can start differently and with different resources from human resources to financial resources, they can have manual or automatic deposit credit nd withdrawal approval as well as processing for users. With time, if their business don't fail or close but expand more, they almost have to move from manual processing to automatic processing. It's natural business growth as with bigger company, more customers, more demand on deposits (credit to account balance) and withdrawal request, it will gradually become impossible to handle these things manually.

It's true for all business not only Spinly.

I think Spinly Casino knows this very well. I figured out that they are not new to this place. They have another casino, and the name of the other platform is Bspin. They have been in this forum before. If a company has been in the same business for a couple of years, I am sure they know how to operate it and what is better for them. I think they will improve their service in the future.

I think players care about the withdrawal speed. So, I would suggest that the casino focus on this while it focuses on other developments. Withdrawal speed and the bonuses make players loyal to a casino.

Re: Shuffle.com — Blocking Withdrawals after Legitimate Win
by
Shishir99
on 07/09/2025, 11:14:56 UTC
I’d like to clear up the air regarding this case. After speaking with Shuffle directly, they presented clear evidence that the bet in question was indeed fixed. I now understand that my earlier assumptions were incorrect.

For context, I’ve been using an AI-based bet tracker to monitor bets from winning punters across multiple sites and tailed their action. While using such a tool is completely legal, it seems it picked up a fixed bet, which led to the confusion.

I want to apologize to Shuffle for any false accusations. That was not my intention, and I take responsibility for jumping the gun.

That said, I do believe the situation could have been handled with a bit more professionalism and communication early on. Still, I appreciate them taking the time to clear things up.

Lesson learned on my end. Appreciate everyone’s understanding.

Interesting!
So my question is - why didn't you admit this in the first place? The Shuffle team said that your average betting was between $75 - $300 in the 650 bets, and you suddenly increased the amount to $30K, which was the first red flag for them. You demanded that they return the bet amount while the investigation was ongoing, and you confirmed that they returned your stake before the investigation ended. You created the flag once you got your funds, but were waiting for the winnings to settle. DT members supported the flag, and it is now active.

The damage has been done already. I believe your apology means nothing to the Shuffle team anymore. The DT members barely check the flags that they support. But in this specific case, I see a group of DT members supported the flag, and they are unlikely to withdraw it since the guy is a rival of the Shuffle campaign manager, and people who supported the flag are aliases of that campaign manager.

I would grab some popcorn, ready to watch a drama. LOL

Thank you Shishir99 for understanding. Thats exactly what makes me nervous about this situation and me also texting people who have had the same issue and the shuffle team never resolving it. Ive already heard they use the  tactic of saying they want to manually review it so they can hold my money as long as they want to. Furthermore, I know a few people who have done nothing wrong and have never received their money and has been stuck in the in review process for months. Also after reading around I found some disturbing things about the owner and his past which makes me question the legitimacy of this website and I find it extremely sketchy and im praying I get my money as 9k is an extreme amount to me.

They have been on this forum for a couple of years and have spent thousands of dollars on advertising. Of course, they care about their reputation and would look into any scam accusations. But things are starting to change now. I saw that their official account got tagged, and DT members supported the flag against Shuffle! Now we will see if Shuffle returns here with some proof against the player who created the scam accusation, and they got tagged. I want to say that your case now depends on another big case. If that case is resolved well, your case might get resolved as well. But if Shuffle lose hope and do not want to continue in this forum, I am afraid they may not response to any scam accusation anymore.

I don't know if there is any place in the world where claiming 0.023 per hour is more profitable than actually doing something. Even if you are not an adult and can do the easiest and most basic thing, you'll find someone anywhere who will pay you more than that. I'm sure that the only way for it to make sense is to get referral bots that will claim for you.
I agree with you, they gained popularity with their faucet and not with their casino. Btw the minimum withdrawal is 0.00030000 BTC, it will most likely take someone more than 1000 rolls to collect that amount of Bitcoin from Freebitco's faucet.

As I said, there are people from different countries who don't have jobs and are trying to make money from the internet. Even a 12-year-old can try to make some money from the internet, and they think 0.023 can turn their luck! Whatever you think, there are people who still search for a casino that has a a free faucet system, and people even manage to withdraw from the faucet money.

I remember we tried to withdraw from faucet/rain on several websites, and I think I have done this before. As long as there is a chance to make money for free, people would give it a try no matter how small the amount is.

It may be that these were scammers reaching out claiming they could influence DT/flags - I have edited my initial message about it because I don’t have clarity on who it was/whether it was genuine.

Update will come tomorrow on the rest.

I am sure no DT would support/oppose any flag for money. If they get cought, they will get negative feedback in return, and they will be kicked out of the DT network. There are a few hundred DT forum members, and let's say they would oppose the flag with a couple of accounts. That won't change anything. Other DT members would support the flag, and it would remain active.

You have to convince half of the supporters that you are right. Only then will they remove their support from the flag. So as other forum members already mentioned, the scammers tried to get some money from you. I hope you didn't pay them anything. As for this case, you should use a mediator service if you have proofs.

To me if you have been using that site to gamble and you also made some withdrawals from the casino there is nothing to worry about, I think you should just have patient while they proceed everything manually and I like know manual withdrawal takes more longer time than automatic withdrawal.

A slight delay for manual approval isn't a problem here. I think OP doesn't mind waiting for a few hours or even a day. But when a withdrawal takes a few days, and suddenly the number of scam accusations increases against a casino, that is where the problem is. I can see at least five scam accusation threads against them on the first page of the scam accusation board.

I didn't check if any of them have been solved lately. If there are scam accusations and the casino solves them, then there are no issues. Let's see if the OP gets a response from the Shuffle team. They are reputed enough and I hope they will settle these cases.

Are people still looking for Bitcoin faucets? You can only earn 0.023$ from Freebitco's faucet, which is nothing, you won't even buy a single bubble gum or a firestick by rolling the faucet every hour during the day. If Faucet users are their customers, then I won't worry much because they won't be scammed because they'll easily get fed up by claiming a few bucks and will give up on it but if anyone really deposits money to play a Hi-Lo game on their website, isn't in their right mind because their house edge is the highest on the market. I only hope that no one deposits Bitcoin on Freebitco to earn an annual income.

Am I tripping or did Freebitco.in update the UI of their modal box?

Yes, this is why the faucet website still exists, and some companies like Faucethub are still running. That 0.023 is nothing for you and me, but there are jobless people who try to earn a penny from the internet, and they try almost everything to make some money. How else do you think most people find their website on Google? Are they a number one casino or do they have any special feature that is more appealing than other modern casinos? I personally don't think they are better than other casinos. They gained popularity with their hourly faucet and I think more people would agree with this point.

Confirm from your contact how were this successful if it is a wrong merchant

I just checked the images, and I see the merchant is the same. As I suspected, the merchant seems like a scammer here. I won't be surprised at all because I have seen similar cases before. This happens on 1win, 1xbet, and other casinos that accept payment in fiat and work with third-party merchants. So, I know these things happen, and most cases don't even come to the forum.

BTW the name looks familiar to me.
I did a quick Google search, and a few companies have the same name. The most popular one is located in Pune. One of them is probably popular in your area, so the name looks familiar.

is it possible that you got it returned to your bank account? Mind to check?

Even if the account number is wrong, the OP will not get it back. I am sorry, but most people in India would never return such an amount. The problem is, OP has to talk through a middleman, which is you, which is why it takes time. The first question would be how OP got this bank account number if this was not from the BC game merchant? Also, is it possible for the merchant to change their account number?

What if the merchant is the scammer here? I think we have seen some scammer merchants before. A lot of people in my country makes deposit via Bkash, Nagad and other local channels and often they get scammed - because the merchant is scammer, not the casino. Now it is up to the casino if they want to investigate the case.

Wow, thats kinda fucked up. I don't really know who it could be but I don't think they would succeed. Even if they did, they wouldn't go unnoticed for too long. The message suggests that someone has control or influence over at least 3-5 accounts on DT, but there's also a chance theyre just bullshitting you.

I never really follow up what happens to flags I supported or opposed. Probably should.

I also think they are just trying to get some money from the casino and have no idea about the Bitcointalk forum. I just figured out that a user
gh0573d opposed the flag while there were three DT supporters. What makes this user oppose the flag? I would love to hear it from this user. Could it be this user who sent the offer to this casino?

I think I have seen a casino that falls for this kind of trap. Their account has dozens of positive feedback from newbie accounts that didn't even show up by default for an obvious reason. I think this is the same group which send such offer to the casinos.

It only takes a simple research and anyone wanting to gamble on freebitco.in would realize that that decision isn't a wise one, but unfortunately, people don't search before they register and even deposit to a casino, they only begin to search after they must have been scammed or an issues arose and they can't reach the casino management for help, they begin to search to see if there was other means of contacting the team behind the casino aside their incline customer support system and sending emails.

I think the reason they get too many visitors is their website's domain name. I remember that I found their name on Google because I searched the keyword free bitcoin faucet or something similar. If you search for such keywords, their website will appear at the top, and you will end up signing up at this casino as a newbie. Most people used their platform to claim the hourly faucet back then.

People will probably still search for the same keyword and then sign up for this platform. People don't know about the on-going issues. I wish people would do their research before they start using a website - epecially when money is involved.

lmao, they really are using a $2k casino script to become "The Next Level Crypto Casino", wtf is this shit.

between this and the AI replies, they for sure have no money to run a casino or pay out big wins if someone hit it big.
i would be very careful making any deposits to play here. don't get fooled by the small payments, they might just be waiting for a bigger fish to make a big deposit, and they are gone.

tbh, i'm getting betmanor deja vu with this casino.

You said it all. I don't know if I can add anything else. It is understandable that a casino that starts its website with a script that costs a few hundred dollars will not have much money for the bankroll. I am sure they did not expect that we would find out that they had used a ready-made script. Not only this one, but I have seen a few more casinos running with ready-made scripts that cost only a few hundred dollars.

In the worst case, these scripts can cost you less than hundreds of dollars if you search them on the darknet. Most cracked/nulled scripts are available there. In fact, I found the same script is available for free on a forum which you can dowload by subscribing to their premium membership which will allow you to download the premium scripts.

Well, I think we all have a reason to suspect that guy as an employee of oneminers. But if he is not someone from oneminers, I think we can believe him. He didn't say anything positive that can change anyone's mind regarding Oneminers. Even he pointed out something serious. Even if you get cheap miners, I don't think people would choose oneminers because of the revenue-sharing scheme system they have.

Why on the earth I have to use a miner that won't allow me to change the pool and the wallet address? What if oneminers keep all my money? I dthink they won't do that because people won't run their miner anymore if oneminers do that.

As I've responded to you multiple times, you are a card counter and we reserve our right to ban your account, consistent with our Terms of Service.

But I see you responded to his previous thread, and you apologized for the long delays. Also, you released his withdrawal after two months of waiting. I am interested to know if this is frequent on Shuffle and if players go through this kind of delay often. I feel like you are mistaking him with someone else. I think the first task would be to ask for their username and check your database first. He already mentioned his username in the OP, are you sure you have checked his account already. If he violates any rules and you want to ban him, you should do it instead of keep him waiting for a long time without any response.
