I know I discussed dust  & UTXOs partitioning before (at least for stateless servers if not for all), but viewing this curve after such a long time was kind of shocking!

Am I reading the curve right that there are 76M dust UTXOs out of 129.6 M in total? (Dust ≥ 58.6%)
Did someone else take the lead of suggesting their separation, or is it that the Bitcoin community still doesn't have a problem with this unnecessary burden (I think could be easily overcome)?

I don't mean delete them, just put them in a less probable to be used area (or Merkle if we talking about stateless design)

-Also for LN side chains last time I checked on Bitcoin, you put 2 dust UTXOs in the TX only one of them is spent. We could link any 2 dust UTXOs in one TX, and in addition to putting them in the less probable area; when one is spent the 2nd get removed to a very rare probability third area.

This is on the same track I'm thinking of, and it is still work under progress so it is seems fruitful to work on it.

Stateless clients in general are something between Full nodes and SPVs or light nodes
They do not store the full system status, but still they verify every TX in the block with the help of a stateless server that sends them proofs.

Utreexo, and other previous designs like Red-black trees by Andrew Miller originally introduced in this group back in 2012 I think, they all send proofs O(log n) by storing some form of a Merkle Tree
.
Now, when I started learning Zero Knowledge Proofs, I'm wondering if there's something like Ethereum Verkle Trees have been implemented on Bitcoin
(a stateless design that gets Constant size proofs { instead of O(log n)} using a Zero Knowledge scheme called KZG that treats data as polynomial coefficients)

I'm just exploring what's new in the area before seriously working on the idea

Most comments discuss the possible implications as if Mimble Wimble, (MW) as abrreviated in Lite coin, but what is discussed in the paper there are other Zero Knowledge solutions that allow hiding the UTXO values and doing the necessary checks at the same time
(inputs-outputs=fee)AND (each UTXO<overflow value)

-Also, they discuss Monero as another example; ie, not just Lite coin

-I don't think nothing will change for the UTXO set, nodes probably will just store the encryption of those UTXOs instead of the plian UTXO, and verify according to the Zero Knowledge scheme used.

-You guys talk about what if there were side chains in Bitcoin, aren't there already side chains and L2 solutions in Bitcoin?!

It is written in the link you wrote, that they decided to create a switch to El GAMAL from MW, and they will push it more if there's QC threat
Maybe this is a recent update that you haven't read

I take it that Liquid is a side chain that is attached to the Bitcoin Blockchain (like in Lightning network)?

People answered they don't know of a real implementation
I found them in almost every Blockchain course even MIT that was mainly about Bitcoin with a very little Ethereum.
And also this paper that mentioned Bitcoin explicitly and my same question about how do we know the fee? (Although didn't directly answer it)

Then I found out it's a sure thing that they're not really implemented.

So, why no one simply implemented them (I mean by suggesting a BIP) through a flag bit (like HTCL if I remember correctly) that changes the TX format where UTXOs are encrypted, only the fee is a separate clear field?
And applying any Zero Knowledge schemes that checks:
1-all values in range to avoid overflow ( like explained in the paper)
2- (Sum of inputs-Sum of outputs)= the clear flag value which will be considered constant to the Zero Knowledge scheme
 
Is it simply due to lack of interest?
I mean all of that was back in 2018, but maybe now no one really demanding confidential TXs in Bitcoin, or what?

I'm sorry if this seems kind of basic or trivial, but do full nodes that are not miners check the validity of each TX; ie, as they appear?
Or just TXs in the blocks they receive, in order to accept or reject the block?

٣-الحصاد لن يكون أموال فقط، إنما الroyalty ستعطي feedback  عن حجم التداول، وإذا فكّر الإسرائيليين في عمل NFTs منافسة سيكون للمنافسة (كأنه تحدي من تحديات جردل الثلج مثلاً) من سيبيع أكثر صدى إعلامي (على الأقل كإنه إستفتاء لمجتمع الcrypto عن رأيه في القضية
