I've been in the world of trading for about 20 years now, so I am in the right position to say that trading is not child's play. To date, in the course of my trading escapade, I've met hundreds of people (if not a little above a thousand), and I've also trained quite a few myself. However, as I type now, I am the only active trader among them. This is how scary trading is. I, myself, should have abandoned trading for years if not that I was stupidly stubborn until it got better.
If the government think that this idea of training youth in forex trading can help the youth of course they should go ahead, this is just a way of creating awareness and also opening some people's eye to see what is happening in this crypto space. So I don't see anything wrong with that idea, though forex trading is not just something you learn within a couple of weeks or months it take years before you can be able to get all the necessary informations about forex trading. And surely, some people may not be patient enough to continue learning. just as it is in bitcoin investment not everyone that is willing to invest in bitcoin due to the long term commitment so is not a must that everyone must learn but one thing for sure is there will be a set of people that would continue learning until they get all the information they're looking for just as you did.
For long now plenty people they use charcoal for cooking because of how price done they skyrocket because if you they earn 50 thousand naira a month and you are using gas cook that means you done crush 20 percent of your salary for the gas so actually plenty people come they adopt the charcoal method so that things go they on a moderate level for them and for there salaries to still come out intact.

I think being concious of the fact that in trading, there is what we call loss and gain, that will help you to know that trading is a 50 50 game.

Alot of people is not concerned about making a good leader, thier Major concern is just the dividend that they're getting. they don't care whoever the person is, And the reason why most people can't let go off this mentality is because they feel they're all the same. at first they will pretend as if they're going to make a good leader just to get you to vote for them. But once they scale through the process they will leave the citizens with unfulfilled promise, so this issue regarding vote is complicated. And I don't even see this vote buying or whatever stopping anytime soon, even though some person's may be attempting to stop it but there will still be a set of people who would want to stick to it.

Or did you mean they should fast forward thier journey to success or look for a short cut to reach their goal? Sport betting is supposed to be treated as part of fun and entertainment but if you failed to see it from this perspective, definitely you will end up regretting why you joined sport betting in the first place. You're right, knowledge should be the first think to think of before looking for a way to build a discretionary income. Because you can't wake up one day and start investing into something you know nothing about, is wrong.
So as a new investor who is about getting started with bitcoin investment you really need to go for the knowledge before looking into any other thing, even though you may not get all the knowledge but having the basic knowledge is enough for you to get started, Maybe in during your accumulating process then you will get to know more. And surely, if you don't have the basic knowledge you can't easily detect scam. but with the help of the knowledge you can be able to detect any scam that comes your way.

This makes a lot of sense mate, and yeah, I have been seeing a lot of scam report coming from our local board here, and of which I don't see other countries making several reports regarding this scamming issue But other bitcoin/ important discussion, I'm not against making scam report in this forum but we should try and adjust or limit from making such post. Because the forum is very broad to an extent that people from different countries can decide to visit our local board and when they find out that the rate of scam is very high here they can decide to do something crazy, because they will feel that we are promoting scammers in our country so we should try to make amends juat as op have said.

The truth is some newbies don't want to follow the right way, they think there is a short cut that can lead them into owning 1BTC. So going with this mindset would make people especially newbies to continue making this same mistake, but the moment they realized that there is no short cut to success that's the moment they will stop falling for this cheap scamming method.
And one thing that is affecting most of our newbies is that we don't care to learn we just feel that we can do it by ourselves without the help of those who are already Old in the system, though sometimes is good to be self educated but not in this particular aspect. Yeah, is not good for an investor to keep his seed phrase very secret to an extent that even his loved ones can not even get access to it. Though is good to keep our seed phrase very secret but at least we are suppose to have a trusted person in the family, no matter the family situation. Or better still you can share it to any of your kids you know he or she will never disclose your seed phrase to anyone.
Or you can share it with your wife, because we don't know when the unknown death" will come, Even though some person's would prefer keeping thier seed phrase to themselves without even realizing that death can occur at anytime. and sure, many people died and thier assets is unrealized till today, When they have wife and children at home. My question is this: if it wasn’t a bank staff who revealed my information to them, how did they know I have an account with Access Bank? She even called my full name and recited some account details. It still amazes me till now. How did she get my bank details?
I have encountered this scamming strategy before, that was some years ago but even before the incident I was given a quick notice about this scamming strategy. I was just thinking maybe is just a normal advice, but I was shocked when I received a call from unknown number claiming that he's calling from customer service and he also mentioned my full name just as it appears in my bank account, just to prove to me that he's actually calling from customer service.
But he never knew that I'm already aware about his attention, even the Bank made it clear that we should disagree with any information that is giving to us through phone call except we are the one that called for compliant, as they can't call you to provide any documents/ details for them. But it surprises me how this scammers manage to get all this informations, I think most of thier workers would definitely have a hand in that.

Since people can get obsessed about gambling, how much more bitcoin that is well known as the best choice of investment. but is very rare to see someone who is obsessed about bitcoin since the profit is not what we get within a short term, if there are people who would get obsessed about bitcoin I think it will be those who are into bitcoin trading. Since their aim is just for the short term profit.

Sure, we should be thankful for being here. I believe those who are not here are not lucky to experience this, so you that is lucky to experience this new phase need to be thankful. Because so long as there is life there is still hope, is only those who are not here that is hopeless. What happened in the past was a mistake which only few people that were able to escape this mistake.
So all we have to do is to put the past mistake behind and focus on the future, we still have a very big opportunity to correct our mistake. But it will be so unwise if we continue repeating that same mistake.

No doubt, and is clear that what you're saying is actually correct. moreover alot of people have started finding it difficult when we are still in the early stage, how much more the future........I wonder what those who are still complaining about the price being too expensive would say in the future, so we shouldn't be deceived.

Michael saylor has many ways of influencing bitcoin and he's widely known for continuously buying bitcoin which has a very positive result on his followers and the entire crypto community.
Sure, and I like his own way of influencing people. Anyone who is following Michael Saylor on X would definitely want to go into bitcoin investment. I can't imagine how many people that Saylor converted, and it has gotten to the extent that most people have started seeing him as the father of bitcoin. And yeah, considering the amount of bitcoin he acquired yet he sees it as if he's just getting started with bitcoin investment.
And I'm sure he will continue buying until there is no more bitcoin in the market
