What is going on with the order? No reply from your contact form. No answer to your phone. The order is way overdue and you can't even tell me the truth about what is going on.... your dwolla account is suspended? You promise here days ago to process it manually but no further reply.

I understand that, and I understand its not your fault, but as you are the only person from BitInstant who has actually replied to me I need to ask you if there's any update, or if I'm just waiting for an indefinite period of time.

Hey Ursay, you gave me a reply a little ago and told me you put me on the expired Gox coupons list (the Bitinstant email had said that I didn't need to use the coupon, nor indicated the APIResponse was a coupon), but with the support queues not being full I'm wondering what's taking so long. Its been 20 days since my order, 15 days since I emailed support, 13 days since I logged it through support on the website, and 5 days since you put me on that list. I'd say that's being pretty damn patient, and would really appreciate an update or resolution.

It was "This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used)".

I suppose you'd know, but I think I remember hearing that coupons don't work after 24 hours.

I will have to add you to a support list which will cancel your expired coupon and manually deposit the funds into your Gox acct.  Please understand that this sort of thing can take some time.  I need your email, order ID #, and Gox MX acct. # please.  Smiley

I made an order two weeks ago that I got the confirmation email on, yet no funds were deposited. I contacted support and have heard nothing back, particularly frustrating since it was just cash to MTGox, and I've used Bitinstant before with 0 problems. I'd appreciate some help.

It appears you may of received a Goc coupon.  Have you tried redeeming it?  What was the result?

I did not, the email said "We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order" and there was no coupon supplied so far as I can tell. I do appreciate the quick response though.

Check that email for an API response.  That is your Gox coupon code.  Try depositing your coupon into Gox and let me know if you find success!  Smiley

Tried it under "Redeem MT.Gox code" and "Redeem Private Key" and neither worked. I haven't gotten a coupon from you guys before so if I'm not redeeming it correctly let me know.
