We are working on it! But we can't offer a date yet.
I guess you are outside SEPA zone and can't get an account on a bank within it. In that case you can fund your account with EUR by navigating to Funding > Deposit > Euro (EUR) and choosing Fidor Bank AG (Wire Transfer) from the dropdown menu. Please note that you can deposit but can't withdraw your EUR using this method.
I'd like to confirm if I can deposit EUR outside SEPA zone countries. The deposit page shows this.
"Fidor only accepts wire transfer deposits from SEPA zone countries."

It's been 3 days. My account is still locked and I don't get any email for status updates. The BTC price 3 days ago was 10000USD and 12500USD now. However, they locked my 45000USD. I lost the buying opportunities these days.
I realize the KYC procedure is regulated and necessary. There are better ways to do this but locking the account instead. They should let me know the deposit limit in advance and I won't deposit more. Or they can keep going on the long KYC procedure for the fund over the limit and let me still trade with my previous fund at the same time. They should not just lock my account for days.
Finally I got the reply after 4 days. They requests me to withdraw the fund which over the limit then will unlock my account. However, my account is still locked and I cannot do the withdraw. Im exhausted and just want to take back all my fund. Just expect to wait another long time to get the reply.

However, I doesn't get the reply and my fund is still locked. It's over 24 hours. Does anyone know how long the procedure takes to unlock the fund? I've missed the timing to buying coins. Thanks.

I used Lykke to buy coins several times and like their APP. However, my account was locked two days ago. They sent the mail to notify me I deposited more than the limit which they didn't mention in advance. After I provided the information about the deposit fund, still don't know how long the KYC procedure takes. Now I cannot do anything and just miss the timing to buy coins. Feel very bad about this.
