is this a new complaint or is this something new? I remember you posting here about withdrawal issues or something with bitvest in the past and I remember that it got resolved. I assume you have made contact with their support, out of curiosity, have they said anything?
anyway, as FatFork mentioned, he was active five days ago, so why not try and send him a PM(though I am not sure if he disabled being able to receive PMs from a newbie account)?
I got everything withdrawn except the BCH. For some reason the BCH part takes forever.

It appears they have only 173 BCH on that xpub, which is a lot less than they should have. There's 218.5 BCH invested on the charts https://bitvest.io/charts_bch , plus my 170.9 withdrawal, so they should have at least 389 BCH in reserve. I suspect the missing BCH is in some kind of illiquid investment and that's why they can't pay promptly. I guess they weren't expecting almost half the total BCH to be withdrawn all at once. But three months is a long time to wait.

you might need to give them a DM informing them that there are not enough funds in their hot wallet.
I would assume the admin has a system to automatically notify himself of that situation

did some small test withdrawals and successfully withdrew $26k worth of shitcoins (eth, bch, ltc) but even 0.01btc was too much for the hot wallet right now and it went to pending manual.

Hi, I might be intruding here but is there a chance to know whether there has been an update on anonymouscoward case? I first saw his post at the start of this month but he said that the pending withdrawal started at the end of January and according to his post on February 19, his withdrawal is still pending.I have sent a message to anonymouscoward on the site, and asked to open a support ticket, as an large amount, I am asking for extra confirmation, as in replying with your addresses in the support ticket along with the withdrawal made, to be sure it isn't one of those temporary addresses, and/or exchange.
I have yet to receive a response, but will process them as soon as possible, when I get the reply.
Oh I didn't realize the site had DMs! I just replied now and confirmed all the addresses for my pending requests dated Jan. 27, 2024 23:34-23:47. The ETH/LTC/BCH goes to an exchange but that exchange doesn't expire addresses unless you generate more than 5 for the same token. The bitcoins I just hodl.
It's good to see that Lightlord is responding to the people queries.
As far as I know, most exchanges prohibits deposits from casino accounts for due to AML regulations so no matter it's BTC or LTC just don't send from casino to exchange account and it may end up terminating your exchange account with all the balance on hold or possible to withdraw depends on the exchange's policy.

would you mind giving more info about your issue?Has their support said anything as to why the withdrawal has been pending for a week? As far as I know, this isn't the first time the gamblers on their gambling site have complained about their withdrawal being stuck, and if I remember correctly, the reason as to why their withdrawal was stuck was due to the gambling site's hot wallet being empty(or something similar to that).
The other possibility could be the respective account put on hold for verification which will be completed once the user submitted what the customer support ask them to do and this could be the possible reason for the pending withdrawal not the hot wallet being empty because no other user arise such issue and if the casino's hot wallet dried then every withdrawal request will go pending and this thread would turned into a crazy mess.

Technically these aren't winnings, just a return of my previous deposits, since I'm still a net loser on the site. I signed up last year before they had any kyc policy against americans. I got my deposit back the last 2 times I accidentally signed up for one of those regulated no-americans casinos.

The "earn btc" page doesn't show any interest payments after 12/27. Maybe just a display bug. I wasn't checking my balance while I was out of town for the holidays.
